I liked that the location was near to many food options, bars, and shopping area. I think the hotel can do better with the breakfast options. The pastries were stale sometimes. But overall it was a great stay. The front desk were always attentive and the room was always found clean.

This hotel is Naples. Surrounded by narrow Italian streets filled with restaurants and small shops. The hotel is charming with a fantastic attentive staff. Great breakfast as well. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how exceptional this hotel is. Everything, from the staff to the room, was perfect! Nell went above and beyond to take care of me. As a solo female traveler visiting Italy for the first time, I felt completely safe and well looked after. The staff accommodated an early check-in and ensured I reached my next destination safely, even after the transportation company made an error. The area around the hotel is safe, and despite the noise outside, the rooms are soundproof, providing a peaceful stay. The air conditioning was just right, there was plenty of hot water, and the breakfast options were excellent, with all the specialty coffee you could wish for. They also arranged fantastic tours at great prices. I promise, you can't go wrong choosing this hotel. The location is conveniently close to everything!

We stayed here one night before our flight to Uk . We stayed in a triple room and they set up 3 angle beds as requested. Room and amenities were great . Reception staff were helpful . Breakfast was great . It was in a busy areas near all shops and restaurants . We would visit again

Despite being in Naples and the Spanish Quarter with somehow... "Naples-way-of-life" they are really doing a great effort. Great rooms, great breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel only 1 minute walk of the main shopping street in Naples and surrounded with plenty of food options. We had an early flight and the hotel reception sorted out out with a taxi to the airport for a great price and had breakfast in a take away bag for us both to bring along so we would not go hungry. Would definitely stay again when visiting Naples

The property is in a convenient area, close enough to the metro & the harbor to walk. Lots of food options nearby. The staff were fantastic! They were helpful in finding great food & with ferry schedules. The breakfast had plenty of options. A nice thing is they offer drinks & snacks 24 hours a day. There is a small elevator. Our room had a loft with two twin beds and a full/queen bed below. They offered the normal toiletries along with razors, toothbrushes, combs, & cotton swabs. It was a good sized room according to European standards. The bed itself and pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked, and the ac in the room just didn’t seem to work at all, only downfall to our stay. We did a day trip to Almafi /Positano/Sorrento from here on our own using the ferry & public transit.

It was an amazing five days in the quarteri spagnoli - easy to get around and a decent breakfast. The top floor with the terrace is beautiful and makes it seem very spacious. Only things missing were a kettle and face washers. Bath quiet difficult to get in and out of if you are a bit older or have bad back. Would highly recommend here to experience the true Napoli!

Breakfast selection was very limited and poor quality, excellent location and conveniently located near metro, tourist sights and ferry terminals, no issues with noise at night, rooms need to be renovated, enjoyed large terrace with table and couches.

Very convenient location, close to all attractions and the sea. Service is excellent, they not only serve excellent variety breakfast, they also have juices, water, ans snacks in the kitchen all day for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again.

Unexpectedly nice hotel in the busy, crowded and narrow Naples Spanish quarter. Very convenient location walking distance to all the shopping and funicular train. Must take funicular to Castle St Elmo for great views of city and Vesuvius. Great shopping and pizza dining nearby.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel il Convento. It is in crowded back streets, full of small shops, cafes and restaurants as well as scooters and some cars ( which need to be watched out for!). We enjoyed this vibrancy and liked being able to walk and choose where to eat each night, often stopping for a drink beforehand. We felt quite safe. The Main Street (Toledo) is very close and metro stations a short walk away. Once inside the hotel, our room was very quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was excellent, with a good range from scrambled eggs, ham, cheese and bread, to cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Lots of pastries! Italian coffee from a machine which we could access all day, Much appreciated. Fortunately my Husband did bring his own Earl grey tea bags which were not in the selection box. My only negative comment! Receptionists were friendly and helpful. We would love to return one day.

He a lovely 2 night stay would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the Spanish Quarter in all its splendour. The hotel even left a cake in the room for my sons birthday which was a lovely touch. Would definitely come back the staff were so friendly.

Hotel il Convento is a great place to stay in the Spanish Quarter. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast is really tasty, with a little bit of variety from day to day. The room was comfortable, with a great bathroom and shower. We booked the top floor room with terrace. Even though rainy weather made it not as useful it was fun to go out there and bring in the sounds and smells of the city. The hotel is two blocks up from Via Toledo which is a major shopping and dining street. It is pedestrian only and full of life. It’s not very far to the Metro L1 at Toledo (check out the skylight from the middle escalator) or the central Funicular to get up the hill to more shopping and dining choices. With tons of choices in Naples I would plan to return to il Convento when I return. It was that good.

What a great location. Right in the middle of the Spanish Quarter. Step straight out into the small washing filled alleys, the noise and hubub. Only a few meters from the main Tolado street (imagine a very crowded Oxford Street but more fun). The hotel is small and 3 star but has everything you need including very good double glazing! The rooms are clean, good linen, with comfortable beds, and air conditioning if you need it. The staff were delightful and very helpful. Continental breakfast had a good selection.
