We stayed here so we could be near a pickup point for a tour. Couldn't have been more pleased. Within walkng distance to the rail station. Many lovly places to eat nearby and the manager went on and above to assist us. He even watched our bags when we were on the tour. Excellent

The area around the train station in Naples may be off putting to many travelers. It is not Naples at its best. However, the location could not have been better for our needs and Alfredo at the front desk was most helpful in communicating with us before our trip, and getting us checked in quite late after our flight from Athens had a schedule change. The honor bar was well stocked with reasonable prices so we enjoyed a bottled Aperol Spritz on the balcony before retiring for the night. Though the breakfast was modest the coffee was made to order and we enjoyed conversation over cappuccino before checking out and continuing our trip.

Giada was such a gracious and helpful host insuring we were well fed and taken care of. The room was large and comfortable. The proximity to the train station and restaurants is excellent.

We stayed here for one night before heading to the airport and everything was perfect. Great location, close to everything. Would’ve stayed here longer if we were in Naples for more than one night too.

Had a brilliant stay, staff were so helpful and attentive. Apartment is in great area close to all the train stations. The staff helped with travelling and what’s best to do. They have a lovely terrace overlooking main square which is perfect for drink and quiet time. Air con fab and massive rooms, would definitely recommend!

Our plane was delayed and we didn’t get to hotel till after midnight. Alfredo kept in contact and came down to let us in. He went way beyond his duty and we were very thankful.

Alfredo was the perfect host. The ambience of the foyer/reception area, breakfast room and terrace were perfect. Room and bathroom very spacious and beds very comfortable. Close to restaurants /cafes and 150 mtrs from Napoli Centrale train station

The accommodation was clean and in excellent condition. I regret that I only stayed for one night in such a nice place. The manager was very kind. The luggage storage service provided during my trip made everything very convenient. I will definitely choose the same accommodation the next time I visit Naples.

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the train station as we transiting to Rome. We walked 1 block South of the hotel to feel like we were in the slums; it was quite dirty and with lots of people living on the streets. If you choose to stay in this area, stick to anything North and North West from the hotel for your security. As for the hotel, it was a bed and breakfast, Alfredo is very kind and helpful, however he appears to be a 1 man show, so it wasn’t easy to get service at all hours.

The Five Room Napoli is next to the national railway and underground station. We took the train there to Sorrento - the ferry to Capri for two nights - the ferry back to Naples port - the underground station line 1 - The five-room hotel, because of its location makes our short stay to see as much as we can achieve. Our room is big with a high ceiling and comfortable bed and services is 10 out of 10.
