The stay was outstanding! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very nice room, wonderful breakful. We’ve stayed there before and will stay there again!

We arrived/checked in to find out that there were additional charges. We requested a pet friendly hotel. This hotel was listed as pet friendly. Throughout the choosing of this hotel and payment processing of our credit card pet friendly was mentioned through each screen processing. However payment was accepted our card was charged only to find out once we arrived there was another pet fee to be paid along with paper work to sign off on. The paper work was outrageous. Asking us to sign off on the fact that we would take full responsibility for all attorney charges occurred, as well as any charges from employees to other guest staying at the hotel from while we were there to any future charges if occurred. All we kept getting told was if we went to the Country Inn Suites website we would've see their per policy. Even though while using hotels.com website was not required nor mentioned in the application to do so. Hotels.com is suppose to be a one stop shopping experience in choosing a hotel to stay at. We should not have to go to sperate websites and we were never directed to do so while choosing this hotel. The front desk gal didn't even care to see my issue. Then the paperwork asks for our pets name, breed weight and more. Granted our service dog is a trained certified service dog that is a mature male German Sheppard. Then once in our room the toilet didn't flush without lifting the lid. The front doors lock at 11pm so you have to ring the front desk taking 5 mins to get in.

I can’t think of anything that was wrong with the hotel. It was clean and quiet and just generally nice thing is it was a slow check in, but that probably means people that came in to check in at the same time.

Arrived late and got a free upgrade to a suite. Room was clean and service was good. Breakfast was goos and free.

It was a great hotel to stay at for the night, they are pet friendly and it was clean and cozy for us.

Nice and quiet. Close to work place.

The bed linens were not clean. Looks like donut crumbles in them. Bathroom is very small with no fan and 2 feet from bed. Only one entrance to the hotel and very inconvenient without propping open -- which had a sign on it saying DON'T PROP OPEN THE DOOR.. Won't stay again. but the staff were nice and they gave a brown paper bag with chips and water upon registering.

The bathrooms are in need of upgrading. Old fixtures and not very good lighting. Furniture was a little chipped and older. Surprised that Radisson would approve this.

My husband and I were on a week long anniversary roadtrip, and this was the final night of our trip and the best hotel we stayed in. Loved the availability of milk and cookies in the evening! If I’m ever in Bend again, this will be my choice.

The room was filthy. It was highly dusty. There was months of accumulated dog hair, human hair, dirt, and food crumbs between the mattress and headboard. This is the second time I have used a comfort in, the first time in Baker City Oregon, and this time in Bend Oregon. I thought the first experience, which was filthy, was location specific. As it turns out it was not location specific and I will never use comfort inn again.

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good compared to most.
Only complaint was there were very thin drapes that anyone walking behind the hotel could see through. There were no dark drapes. No feeling of privacy.

The hotel was relatively clean, but could’ve used a very good thorough cleaning, especially since it’s older or it needs to be upgraded to match all the other newer hotels in the area

This hotel is absolutely terrible!!! The description online is totally inaccurate and the regional manager was an absolute embarrassment when I came to her with my issue she threw her hands in the air and was oh well it’s corporate fault

Room was ok. Bed very comfortable. But the building is run down and needs a facelift. The hallways are dark and the carpet is all stretched out leaving ripples the whole length of the hallway. Breakfast was great!

Our host, Jasmine, was very friendly and welcoming. Fresh cookies and hot coffee and a goody bag. Was able to upgrade to a handicap suite. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. My favorite was the cinnamon french toast with a variety of syrups. All the staff very friendly and helpful and the place was kept very clean.

This was the worst stay of my life. The sink was stuck closed so it wouldn’t drain, so it was always completely full of water. The toilet was disgusting, the wifi didn’t work, housekeeping was aggressively knocking on my door at 7AM and when I asked if they had any tampons, they suggested that I, a 21 yo single woman walk to the nearest gas station to get some. Will never stay here again.

The only friendly person was the lady serving breakfast. There was drywall patches all over the room that needed painting. The shower head barely worked. The hot tub was all torn up. We got the hotel for the hot tub they could have told us it was out of service. The staff had an attitude the hole time. I will never stay there again.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Room was not that clean. Mirrors needed cleaned. Toilet tank water ran every four minutes.

This part of the property that I stayed in was quite worn out and stained. Sofa and chair had stains, the carpet worn and dingy. Things had been cleaned and the front desk people were great, so it wasn’t the service- it is just old and rundown.

Can’t believe this is a Choice Hotel. Place should be closed until they fix their water issue. The whole hallway had the rug all lifted from water damage, then i get to my room and it smelled so bad, the carpet closest to the bathroom was wet, the couch smelled like piss… just crazy how they even gave me the room. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything else available so I was stuck with that room.

Internet was out for about 12 hours (9pm to 9am). Staff was unable or willing to fix depending who you asked.

Very clean, large room, nice bedding and towels.

Run down but clean enough. The area was limited on quality of hotels. Very high priced for the quality.

Need to get rid of homeless, upgrade entire facility, broken desks, stained chairs, broken drain in sink, etc etc etc. This is NOT a Country Inn and Suites

The staff was great and made it short and sweet which was nice after my long drive. I was really looking forward to a nice hot shower, but the hot water didn’t last 5 min and the water pressure was terrible so took forever to rinse my thick hair. With lukewarm water.
8.0
Television was old, small, and had issues with connecting with the remote. Carpet was a bit worn in the room. These were minor issues. The staff was terrific, the breakfast (as part of the room charge) met our needs, and the facility was clean and maintained.
