This property was very nice and clean. The taxi was unavailable and staff drove us to the train station. Excellent service. Recommend highly.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. If she hadn't helped us with bus and ferry schedules we wouldn't have been able to see the sights we had wanted.

Reasonable hotel it was clean breakfast was poor and a very strange arrangement with the air conditioning it was controlled from reception one had the impression that they did not like you using it and with a South facing room and a day high temp of 31c it was not good

After a long drive it was the perfect hotel for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful lake. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach but we really enjoyed the roof garden with the bubble spa and wonderful view. The morning buffet was delicious.

This is a family run 3* Hotel on the outskirts of Desenzano, perhaps 2Km from the centre. It's on the main road into Desenzano and easily reached by public transport or car of course. You could walk it if you are energetic. It is in a small very attractive suburb which has been beautifully renovated with pedestrian areas. Unless you HAVE to be in Desenzano centre itself, this area is a really nice option. It is a 200 m walk down a small steep road to a quite small pebble Lake Garda beach with a cafe which serves drinks and food. You are away from the frantic Garda crowds and the view is truly idyllic over the lake. There are plenty of little bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if you don't want to walk too far. There is free public parking immediately across the road though it is quite small and busy, but there is further free public parking down the road towards Desenzano perhaps a 10 minute walk away. To be fair, during our stay there we always got parking across the road eventually after a few "laps" as someone is always coming or going.
The hotel itself offers lovely rooms with good amenities and excellent beds. Breakfast is very good and the staff are endlessly pleasant and helpful. There is a rooftop jacuzzi and sun beds if you wish, the inside of the lobby is very elegant and everything just gleams. It is spotlessly clean. There is also the most amazing range of exclusive Scottish whiskies for sale if that's your thing!
Thoroughly recommended.

Nice staff, incredible collection of whiskey and rum, free parking, next to the lake. Big balcony with the junior suite.

I stayed 3 days at hotel Enrichetta because of a work travel. Very close to lake and restaurants, it can be easily reached from Desenzano rail station by bus (the bus stop is in front of the hotel). With comfortable and clean Rooms, I found in staff's kindness its strengths. Unfortunately I was there in september and temperatures did Not allow to experience the hot tub on the roof. By the way, the terrace has a Nice view on the lake and gives relaxing moments as well.

The hotel is located close to the lake and can easily be reached by public buses from Desenzano train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet, comfortably furnished. The morning breakfast is rich, with very good fresh cakes. The overall standard is rather high compared with the rate.

Avoid in all circumstances. Wifi, Air condition, room and breakfast have a long way to catch up.

No hot food for breakfast but adequate otherwise

Friendly reception. Breakfast was good. Parking in public area but free. Room small but suitable for a weekend. Soundproofing very limited - could hear te neighbours in the bathroom - also heard a fair bit of street noise. Heating system is central but the room was at a nice temperature considering that the outside temperature was between 1 and 5 Deg C. Limited number of restaurants - Drove the few minutes to Densenzano for Dinner. Good value for money especially for a 2 day weekend.

This hotel is well kept, clean & generally very pleasant. The included breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate, the room clean. There is an excellent restaurant in the road to the rear of the hotel called Rossi & Rossi.Great food, good prices & service. The lake cannot be seen from the hotel, there being other buildingsin the way.was told there was a path to the lakeside but never followed it. The hotel is out of Desenzano on the main road, however since we drove to Lake Garda from U.K it's location was not a problem. There is an underground garage & surface parking available.

The hotel is actually located in Rivoltella but is only a 10 minute drive from Desenzano town centre or Sirmione.
As for the hotel itself, it was clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful and the off road private parking was a nice bonus. The rooms were tidy and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again and hopefully we'll be luckier with the weather next time.
We went at the end of November and as mentioned above, the weather was pretty rubbish so we didn't really get to see the lake through the low cloud but luckily the hotel is a short drive to Sirmione or Verona and we even ventured as far out as Venice for a day which was well worth the visit.
If you have time, I would also recommend a visit to the Roman ruins in Sirmione. They are spectacular (if you're into that sort of thing) and we were surprised that we were allowed to walk freely around the ruins.

This hotel is a 15 minute drive from Desenzano in the suburb of Rivaletto. The night we stayed there was extremely humid and the air conditioning was not working properly. The room was very small and due to the lack of air conditioning we had to sleep with the window open - not great as the main road runs past the hotel and was busy all night but at least we could breathe. The only upside was a great beach festival taking place in the town the night we stayed at the hotel. If you don't have transport look for a more centrally located hotel than this one.

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and even invited us to a New Years party they were having. The continental breakfast is excellent and the hotel location is a 15 minute walk to Desenzano Del Garda with beautiful views of the lake on the way.

Very freindly staff location a little bit of a walk from the Desanzano centre but hotel staff happy to phone taxi or cheap bicycle rental from hotel. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels also. Continental breakfast very nice with plenty choice, will be going back next year.

The location of the hotel is not the greatest unless you have a car. There was not much around, one restaurant opposite and a stoney beach with a bar. Once inside the hotel I was quite impressed. I would have spent more time on the roof terrance but unfortunately the hottub was being serviced while I was there.

Booked this hotel last minute, didn't speak a word of italian so it was quite hard to get settled when we got to the hotel. We found the staff, particularly the owner of the hotel increadable helpful, through a bit of french, italian, english and a lot of sign language they made us feel very comfortable. they also helped us to find our way around the local town, lent us some bikes (at a small charge) and let us stay in the room late on the last day as it was chucking it down with rain and we had a late flight. The rooms are not the best in the world but the excellent service made outr whole trip throughly enjoyable

Myself and a group of fellow male friends stayed here in July 06 for 3 days. Not much information was available online about the hotel. We found the hotel extremely good value and were pleasantly surprised. It is a bit of a walk into Desenzano but the lake is very close. Clean rooms, friendly staff and the bonus of a small rooftop swimming pool to cool down in! Good quality & value we all felt worthy of 3 star.
