Superb one night stay. I’ve stayed in the area several times recently, but never here - what a mistake. It will be my first choice next time I’m in this part of Suffolk. My room was clean, modern and well appointed. The gym was excellent (I’ll try the pool next time but I arrived too late) and breakfast was utterly delicious. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I spend around two nights per week in hotels, and never bother to leave reviews, but this was a fantastic, albeit all too short trip.

I am really pleased I found this hotel and its previous reviews are absolutely correct. I would go as far as to say, this is the best hotel I have stayed in for the money we payed. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful, room - modern, well maintained and comfortable, bar- great staff, trendy décor and sensible prices, breakfast - good choice, spa- great facilities, really enjoyable! In conclusion: we're trying to think of an excuse to visit again!

Always get great service from the team of staff. Good quality hotel. Looking forward to the refurbishment finishing so the hotel returns to a calmer environment each morning. Difficult to leave windows open in the warmer weather as the builders start before 8am.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities & a very warm welcome at Reception. Significant building works underway currently but no disturbance of what was a lovely stay. Outdoor hot tub could do with a few more plants around or better view but that is only thing that was less than 100%. Breakfast was amazing & staff very friendly indeed.

Hotel and facilities excellent, room spacious with comfortable big bed, air con that worked perfectly, great breakfast and helpful staff. Ideal, but due to works going on, my room was over a temporary generator that ‘fired’ up every 30 mins or so all night, workmen then started at 7:30 both mornings with the ever ending beeping of their forklift. So hardly any sleep for me, and certainly no lie. I would certainly recommend the hotel, but only when the work is finished. I will us the hotel in future.

Stayed before no issues. This time although nice hotel, food is nice and area is quiet there are some parts that management need to address if they read this. A)after a long drive customers don’t want to be hounded to give exact times and bookings for meals before they have even checked in b)the WiFi is terrible, could not even complete emails. C)if you offer water in rooms actually put the water in there, not a sign saying here’s a bottle go and fill it up in the corridor somewhereD) what ever that loud thunder sound is that goes through the pipes every 2 minutes in the lower ground floor needs to be fixed. Absolutly no sleep at all which is effectively what guests are paying for. Rest of hotel as you would expect, drinks are also very over priced. Gym and parking is good, as is the food.

Great hotel. The staff are so friendly! My partner loves it as she uses it as a base to go out for work. They don't really cater for those who work from the hotel. There's even a sign up saying "No laptops" in the restaurant area. So Working during the day means sitting in the cafe or room. Shame not to have some quiet areas to work from. There's a reception but that's not ideal. Breakfast ran low a few times but the staff were always on it when asked. Need some tea pots as its a long walk to some tables with a full cup. Overall though a great hotel and lovely spa. ( Spa closes too early though 8.30pm so arrive early)

Great hotel for the price. Lush pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Great staff and a room the size of a tennis court (well nearly). Bed was super comfy. Continental breakfast was great but the cooked breakfast was a little lacking and dealt out for you with no chance of a return visit 😞. Overall I would thoroughly recommend and would stay again, easy access to bury st Edmunds and half an hour from Cambridge. Well done to the staff at the All Saints Hotel, we had a lovely stay, thank you

The hotel was nice, clèan and offered a good swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa. The sauna was small and often full. The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Rhevfood was good, albeit, the breakfast (continental) was lacking and did mot offer any meat and cheese. Overall I can not complain and feel satisfied.
