One night stay, bed only, left early.
Very handy location for my needs.

I loved the surrounding area of the property. It was easy to get to and in a wonderful spot to walk around the city. However, I was unable to check in to my room (16ft caravan) until 2 and a half hours after check in time because cleaning staff were behind. In addition, when I got into the caravan, the door was left open and there were several flies and bugs that I had to shoo out over the day. Lastly, the window next to the bed was broken and on the floor upon arrival. The window had tape, so it seems like it has been broken for a while. When I reported it to staff they were able to tape it back on within an hour, which was helpful.

Friendly staff, really good breakfast. Clean quiet room. Small but cozy. I wish they had parking but we found free parking across the street which was nice. No air conditioning unfortunately.

Will definitely book again.

Had a very comfortable stay, room super clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Reason for staying was to go to Ashton Gate stadium for a concert, unfortunately we were a lot further away than I was led to believe when booking this venue.

A different experience staying in a city centre rooftop caravan. Quirky and very enjoyable. Dont miss the breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff. Cleanliness and hygene was excellent.

Lovely quirky unique place. The caravan was very comfortable. Needed earplugs in the night to block out nightlife and pigeon noise! Loved it.

The guest house is on an excellent position right in the centre of Bristol. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was very good - superb sausage sandwich.

We were completely hapoy with our stay, lovely room and friendly staff.
But since returning home, I have found that I have been charged twice and while the hotel acknowledged my original query, I have had no further updates and they never answer the phone. So I am currently out of pocket with no way of following this up!

The rooftop Airstream caravans sounded like lovely quirky accommodation, and having lived previously on a boat, I'm happy in small spaces. This one was looking very tired, though. The curtains were missing hooks, there was dirt and fluff in the corners, loose hooks, and – crucially on a baking day when I arrived – the electric cooling fan mentioned in the description was missing. The guy on reception provided one, but it wasn't working properly. He promised to take another one up for me, but didn't, necessitating back and forth to the roof and back down to reception more times than was necessary. Especially when there were 'wet paint' warnings on the final (narrow) staircase. The shower was a decent size, but the bathroom sink was tiny – almost too small to brush your teeth in, and the plug did not retain water for long enough to wet a facecloth. The location on the roof was also amazingly noisy, as my Airstream directly overlooked an outdoor disco area below, which kept going until the early hours every night of my three-night stay. There was also no security chain on the inside of my door, and the lock was very fiddly. The first time I came to leave after locking it from the inside, I thought I was stuck inside and might have to ring reception from my mobile for assistance. I managed to operate it in the end, but if there'd been an emergency, getting out might have taken longer than was safe. So, overall, a nice idea, but in need of a thorough spring clean and refresh.

Great little hotel. Brilliant location and surprisingly quiet given how central it is. Great staff, comfortable rooms and 10/10 for the bed.

Quaint but not highly luxurious, which was to be expected. Great location and very pleasant staff. We did not have time to enjoy the food but it looked and smelt delicious.

What a lovely place. Stayed in my own. Would love to come back . A bit confused at breakfast, would have liked clearer instructions but everyone was helpful, food was great! Yoghurt was delicious

Overall, a good experience and I would happily stay here again. The courtyard area gives a feeling of serenity in the busy Old City. The check-in experience was simple and painless. I stayed in room 19 which had an internal view from the window, meaning street noise was very much at a minimum. The room did have some peeling wallpaper, mould above the window and some areas could have been cleaner - but nothing major. The room was comfortable and of a good size, bed was comfy. I had breakfast in the morning which was freshly cooked and tasty, 8/10. The only issue was that the breakfast was mispriced in the guest book, so I was asked to pay more than was advertised. The staff member this time was a little cold and possibly irritated when I refused, but they relented in the end.

We arrived at 14.00hrs and our room was ready. The room was warm and well presented. At closer inspection the carpet was very dirty and needed a good clean or at least a vacuum.
The shower doors dirty and the rubber seals have come away from the doors.
The noise from outside is the biggest issue. The guest house is in the middle of the action, with all the clubs and pubs closing late so alot of out side noise. The road sweeper turns up early hours in the morning which wakes you up. The the guest who smoke sit outside in the court yard taking again this wakes you. So you get little sleep.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows are deadful, very soft like sleeping on fresh air. There was transfer of bodily hair from the carpet, to socks to the bed as it was so dirty.

Excellent location for our son’s wedding.Less than 100yds.
As it was the Easter weekend it was quite loud in the evening.
Bedrooms were tight but comfortable and clean. Shower/ bathroom were very small but adequate.
Excellent breakfast in the morning.

Lovely staff and the location was great. Decided to stay in one of the rockets which I really enjoyed as a unique experience
The facilities needed updating. The bathroom door held together by Velcro and tired sofas and just general wear and tear in places.
Generally clean however there was dirt and grime in places. Just needs a proper deep clean

Great location, welcome, room.
Check if you don’t want to be the side that adjoins the nightclub. We were out and about so it didn’t matter to us.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the market right in the center of Bristol. The twin room was nice and comfortable. The personnel was lovely. Very nice English Breakfast also

Staying in a trailer on a roof is pretty sick, was well cosy, only wish the TV had some Netflix or something. Had a lush time regardless, they receptionists were really welcoming as well!

VG stay at Brooks. Caravan was fun & comfy. Shower better than expected. Glad I brought my ear defence to mute the late night party goers in the streets below.

Quirky building in a buzzy area. Our room was a small odd shape and the comfortable bed filled a large part of it.
Breakfast was very good. Fine for an overnight stay. Friendly staff.

Checked into Guesthouse welcomed by polite and friendly member of reception staff. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Only negative we would point out is that our room was located at the back meaning the music from local bar was very loud and didn't stop till 2am.If your wanting an early night maybe ask for a room over looking court yard. Guesthouse is in good location for trip to hippodrome and visiting local shops and not to far from Bristol Temple meads..

Overall a nice, comfy property situated directly across from a lovely little food market. We were attending a gig at SWX so the location was pretty much ideal. We parked in the galleries car park which was a bit of a pain as we had heavy bags but it was only a 10 minute walk. The room was tidy however there was dirt in the shower and the batteries in the tv remote were slightly corroded and the tv was really laggy too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the little honesty bar which was useful when we wanted a bottle of water in the night and didnt want to go to the shop. Overall I would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful lady on reception. Guest house was in a great location with easy access to local amenities. Very clean and room was cosy with everything we needed. Food was very good at breakfast with lots of options freshly made to order by the chef. Highly recommend and on our next visit to Bristol will definitely stay here. A hidden gem
