Large apartment with good facilities provided. Clean and well turned out. Plenty of towels
I was not happy about the fact that I had to pay a deposit. This is not something that you typically need to pay in other short-term rental accommodation situations
4.0
Bar and food was very good
TV did not connect to the internet and air-conditioning would not turn off in our room.
Also had no openings windows in the room.
4.5
Great central location, easy to access and lovely sized apartment with everything you need
3.5
This property is convenient to Temple Meads Station, is spacious, has a modern kitchen, large bathroom and comfy beds.
The shower is over the bath, which seemed narrower than usual, and was thus awkward to use and tricky to get in and out of. Our unit had the bare minimum of crockery and cutlery and the built in wardrobe was in the bathroom.

Great location, central, near all touristic attractions, clean an comfortable accommodation, great size. Exceptional.
4.5
Cozy and had all I needed for my stay. I’d recommend it.
Staff: One night the access wasn’t letting me in and I called the emergency number, a guy (who was clearly sleeping) responded and then hung up without assistance; thankfully I was able to get in after a couple more attempts.
Regarding the apartment: The floor is noisy when you walk.

Very good location, 10 mins walk from Temple Meads, large double beds, comfy mattresses, spacious apartment. Very good experience!

Overall flat is good
Not being able to open the lounge doors fully

Good location, very convenient for Temple Meads Station, the harbour area, and Cabot Circus shopping centre.
Reception staff weren't particulary friendly. Apartment was unclean, in need of renovation, with fixtures and fittings falling off their respective locations. Floor wasn't fitted properly. The whole apartment smelled of curry and there were stains and boot prints on the floor in the living room area.
Security was extremely bad, with a group of lads knocking aggressively on the door on Saturday at 8am; and housekeeping propping open the code locked entrance door to the block.
The view from the apartment was akin to being in a prison block, with steel grates across the openings, and crumbling concrete rendered walls.

centrally located.
There was no clear signs where the lift was. I ended up walking up many flights of stairs due to there not being a sign indicating where the lift was - and I have significant back injuries due to military service. I asked the staff at least twice to post a sign indicating where the lift was - they said they would. Nothing happened in the 3 days we were there. Clearly they don’t care.

Very clean and spacious apartment situated in a great location for getting around Bristol. All for an excellent price too!
Not immediately obvious where entrance to complex is and how to access reception if travellingon foot - better signage would help.
4.5
lovely location , quiet
no tv in the bedroom which is a must and no tray to cook food on for the oven
had to use tin foil to make our own tray
5.0
very well equipped, and near to where we wanted to visit
4.5
Very helpful and friendly staff who guided me there by phone when I couldn't locate the building. All appliances worked well and it was very quiet and comfortable.
In an historic city the location is a dull area with no room views, but the good value rates compensate for that.

Everything about the property.
Spacious. Spotless.
The need to send credit card details by email.
Please fix this. I would love to stay here next time but emailing CC details is too risky.

Spacious apartments, city centre location, lovely big bed.
One of the two apartments was a bit cold (it was above the entrance to the car park). The other apartment was not cold at all.
4.5
This property is extremely well located in the centre of Bristol near the river and some of the main sites. King Street / Harbourside etc.
It would have been better if the parking on site within the complex had been cheaper. It proved to be an extra cost which was a shame as the property was good value for money in its own right (rent wise). Parking costs are even more important as Bristol now has a clean air zone with a £9 a day charge if you decide to use your car! You pay either way!

location was perfect. so central.
the one downside was that the balcony doors had locks on which meant we couldn’t go outside

Really clean and homey! Easy to check in. Location is great as well!
4.5
Great location for exploring Bristol. Kitchen very well equipped for us making breakfasts and the other meals we didn’t go out for. It was also great to have the washing machine, as we’d stayed for 3 nights away from home already before we got to Bristol. The staff in the reception were lovely. It was also nice that it was so easy to continue with recycling whilst away from home. Thank you for everything.
Nothing that we noticed.
