I never made it. My tire blew in Oregon while driving from WA to San Diego and caused our trip to be delayed, we couldn’t make it for our one night & couldn’t cancel by 6pm the day before as I was on the side of I-5 figuring out a tow truck to get to a tire shop by 6pm (tire shops all closed at 6pm)
Tried to explain my situation & the Gal was rude with no manager on duty to talk to. Hotels.com tried to talk with them. NO exceptions on cancellations at all. So they took my $100, I had to pay for a separate hotel and was out $500 for tires AND they were rude about it. They only care about money, not the customer 😡 so I can imagine the service there is TERRIBLE

It was great, but disappointed they didn’t have a coffee machine in the room, other than that it was comfortable.

The toilet kept plugging up the light fixtures had to missing lightbulbs. We turned on the air conditioner and it smelled like mold. The beds were super comfortable and customer serviced was really good so all in all I give a three out of five stars also, the pool was filthy, but Price was good for just a quick weekend trip. We would probably stay there again.

Was there for an inspection job in Visalia. The hotel was about 8 miles from my job site. It is near a freeway so you are able to hear the cars go by. It’s a spacious room. The office chair leather/plastic was in very bad condition and needed to be replaced. The burgundy pull out sofa bed is super dirty. My wife saw 3 baby roaches crawling on the shower and bathroom walls late in the evening and freaked out. This is the first time staying in a hotel room with air freshener plug in left on the wall. The hotel had a weird smell as well as the hallway and our room. We stayed in room 209. Glad it was over.

The property LOOKED dirty. The sheets had stains on them. The shower dripped all night. Regardless if it was clean or not, it appeared to be dirty. I thought with the Wyndham name it would be nicer than it was. I'm disappointed and will have to stay in the Hampton Inn next time.

From the outside this property looks great. Front lobby is clean and sparkly but as you go through the hallways and get to your room wallpaper is peeling off, nasty brown stains all over the walls
Looks like new carpet. Can hear everyone in their rooms. Side doors to go to tthe parking lots do not lock and anyone can enter. paint on room was not painted evenly and looked like a 4 year old did it.woke up to roaches on my nightstand and in the bathroom. Manager never co tscted me or offeeed a refund. Do not know how this property got high rankings because i will not stay here again.

They switched my room from a bigger room to a smaller room and gave me a smelly room the air conditioner filter smelled so bad. I would have to say a lot of bad stuff but obviously
I would never come back at this place

The property was nice, comfortable bed and nice room. There are no phones in the room and if you have a problem and you call with your cell phone you go to voicemail. The couple in the next room had a very loud and continuous argument the entire night. We went down and found the night person on site a couple times but he would only knock on their door and tell them to quiet down. We got almost no sleep so it was t a good stay at all

I got the handicap room by mistake and it was horrible. The scented plug used in the room to mask the urine odor was so strong it gave me severe headache. In the morning, the alarm went off blarringly jolted me out of sleep and the staff made no effort to inform residents why or what happened. The breakfast was not great. I took one bite and threw it out.

Would not recommend! The rooms are extremely small and dirty! The shower curtain was broken, the bathtub floor was soft and felt very unstable! The TV was taped together and walls were damaged. The hot tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and was full of cigarettes! Definitely over priced! Might as well have stayed in a motel 6!

I have never written a bad review of a hotel. We have stayed in some very, very budget hotels and do not have very high standards. lol. Having said that, I would not stay here again.
Pool was closed for maintenance both days we were there. I understand that’s always a possibility, although I called two days before arriving to double check it would be open and was told it would be. It was not, which was highly disappointing.
The hallways and stairways were sweltering hot, which made keeping our room cool tricky. They also had a horrible musky oder that apparently was trying to be masked by air fresheners placed all over.
Carpets were extremely dirty. Again, we have very low standards, and even still I felt totally grossed out.
Wallpaper was peeling and bubbling.
Outside the hotel’s door were piles of dog poop from guests taking their pets out and not cleaning it up. It reeked!!
The bathroom was the nicest part of our room.
The beds were comfortable and clean.
The staff was very helpful and kind.
The prepared food at the breakfast was not very good, but there were plenty of other options.
Like I said, I’m not picky about hotels. I also thought that with the Wyndham name we would be getting a nice hotel. If we had paid 1/2 price, I probably would have given this a 5 star review, but for what we paid and the condition of the property, this was not a nice hotel.
Even at 1/2 the price, I would not stay here again.
