All the employees was nice

Breakfast was really good. The place is nice and quiet. The people at the counter was really nice. I really enjoyed it.

Very good

Front desk staff was very friendly, we got there very late and we were tired, the front desk receptionist answered all of our questions and got us checked in quickly.

The water pressure was very, very weak, and the swimming pool didn't open until 10 am, which didn't give the kids much time to swim since check out is at 11 am. Thankfully, we were given a later check-out (12 noon).

Attractive facilities, well-appointed room, front desk attendant

The trash man came before 6 am and made SO much noise next to my room (149). Also, the beds were quite hard (but that's better than being super lumpy).

Property was safe and close to the Tulare outlets. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space.

spacious rooms, clean, friendly personnel, breakfast was good for US, excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. if you like to go running: there is the Santa Cruz trail nearby (flat, well signed, no cars)
