The breakfast was good the variety they had was great. They had cereal, eggs, sausage, bagels, and muffins, you can make your own waffle, oatmeal, and juices.
The pool was maintained and very pleasant to swim in.
The location of the hotel is great but the people there in general are just sketchy.
The police were called because some humans decided to break into someone else's car.
When we got to the room the Microwave, TV, phone, and fridge weren't working. I request a new room. We got a new room and the AC makes a horrible sound, the TV took us forever to make it work. When we would call the front desk nobody would answer when we got the staff they were polite but it was hard to find them.
Also, thank goodness that I rented the rooms when I did because they made a new policy that if you book the deposit is $200. To me, the place is not worth that much of a deposit. The carpets are gross, the elevator stinks, and the first floor is a disaster they have tools everywhere and no warning sides.

The first room was on the second floor and the door key was not working, I went down to lobby and the staff remake the key but it still not working, he changed room for us. Breakfast was included, good enough.

I was very disappointed to find I paid the price that is did for this room. There was no phone in the room, the TV had no remote so it wouldn't power on for some reason. The room seemed unfinished.
Honestly, I would have rather paid a little more and got better.. very disappointed.
I didn't like anything about this stay... to reiterate:

Staff was friendly
Our floors were so dirty, and when putting the towel next to the shower, it was black on the bottom. The shower curtain was ripped and had mold. The top bed cover had stains and only a sheet on bed. Had to ask for a blanket. When asking staff if the room can be cleaned, he replied the cleaning staff left already. I had asked if we could just get the floors moped because it was so filthy. Was told he didn't have anyone to do it. Was not offered anything or credit. Will not be booking with this hotel again.

location…
the room was stuffy and smelled. No carpet and the floor was so dirty you couldn’t walk around comfortably beer-foot.

The breakfast was good.
There was not enough towels in the room. Had to keep asking for them. The pillows was too small. Not enough of them in the room.

I did not like anything. Upon arrival I was told by the hotel concierge that he was about to cancel my reservation because to many guest were requesting a room. If that’s the case what’s the point of “RESERVING” a room. Also the tv did not work, the toilet was plugged up, there was no towels at all through out the whole facility the concierge said, plus tried to get a blanket for the pull out bed and all they had were sheets, also I could hear people yelling most of the night in the hallway. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They still didn’t discount me anything ridiculous. Last time I will ever stay here and I suggest nobody else either
