The pillows are horrible but the rest of the room was great. I so wish there was a small coffee pot but we can't have it all. The gal at the check in was amazing.

The check in was awkward. Their policy is that everyone over 18 has to show ID, but they didn’t take my car tag number. I went to get ice which was in a room with vending machines and laundry access. There wasn’t a light outside the door and there was a 3” step down. I wasn’t expecting it so my knee was jarred a bit. Safety issue in my opinion. Close to lots of restaurants.

Updated rooms. We had the dinette room which was awesome. Didn't use any of it though. Pet friendly which was nice. There is a pet deposit.

Great spot amazing customer service

We had a flea in our room and after walking barefoot in the room, my kids feet were black with dirt.
The girl at the front desk was nice. The management was terrible.
No coffee maker in the room, but you can get it in the office if you wait until 8am.
Area is fine and close to river and food.

It’s an older building but the rooms have recently been renovated —moen bathroom fixtures, laminate flooring, really well done. I’m pretty ocd about bathrooms and the en suite / shower was very clean.

An older building but the rooms have been renovated so it’s a little gem.

I was skeptical at first due to all of the construction going on when I arrived. The room was very clean, I could have done without the type of air freshener that was used; it irritated my sinuses.
I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a coffee pot in the room, coffee was offered down stairs at 8am, I left at 6:30 am each day. That I was able to work around. I will recommend and return to that location in the future if needed.

It is obvious that the owners/managers are working hard to remodel and upgrade this property. The room was simple and clean and had everything we needed. The front desk employees were very friendly and accommodating. There were materials around the property indicating they are working on rooms and other parts of the property but nothing was in the way or dangerous.

Room was clean and comfortable. Don’t let the look of the building or the construction deter you from staying here.

Hotel is still under construction. So there for they should place people away from rooms that are being worked so damn early. Another, issue I had, cleaning lady opened the door and said oh your still here? It was 10am when check out is 11:00 am.

The rooms were great, but the outside looked like they were updating and hopefully they follow-up with that because it is very dated outside and the stairs are a bit scary. They look like they're one bolt from falling to the ground. It's a pretty long walk from the parking lot to the motel. Especially when you're carrying stuff.

The outside is a bit outdated but the rooms are very nice remodeled. They have a little stove, fridge, dining room, microwave and sink. Very nice rooms. The bathrooms were very nice. Outside of the property can be a little uncomfortable in the evening but overall safe.

The remodeling was wonderful, but missing a few things no dresser is ok but luggage bench and hangers are needed. The stairs need a safety check but your staff was on point.

From the outside the property looks old and run down but my room seemed brand new. Nice and clean and bright inside room. The laundry facilities were bright and clean too. The place was quiet and the people were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Good basic room, was in the hotel is in the process of upgrading the hotel, so room was newly redone in an older building. The room next to us wasn't finished yet. Good price, but you got the basics. At least some coffee would be nice to have.

The remodel is looking great! The rooms are beautiful! However the stairs and railing outside are pretty sketchy right now.

They told me it was $100 security deposit comes to find out it’s $200 and they took it for a little bit and make up on a pillow case. They rob people

Older than I thought. Not the best part of town

Pot smell outside most of the time. Smoke shop nearby might have been problem. Room had weird smell. Almost like it was a smoking room and couldn't get the smell totally out. Room appears clean but when we wiped up some water on the floor the cloth was black, so not sure they mop the floors.

The staff was polite and attentive. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Comfortable bed. The refrigerator had a decent freezer with it. Not much for in-room amenities but they were in the lobby.
There were some sketchy people out in front of the hotel when i arrived but i was able to not worry able that too much. It was the 3 drive by shootings on my second night between 10-11 that unnerved me. Seeing the police patio the area helped a little but....

I felt they did not take care of the property the way they said they would. They said NO smoking of any kind on the property. Right outside my room, there were cigarette butts. There were low income people living there and smoking. There was dog poop everywhere. I could hear music and talking until probably 2 am. The interior of the room was redone and it was nice. So was the staff

The room was beautiful and comfortable. It was just really noisy. Lots of people out by the doors talking throughout the night.

Rooms are ok. Updates and clean. Walls too thin and hear everything.

Older property, in the process of remodeling. Our room was a"newbie", everything replaced and clean. New big screen TV. Simple kitchenette. The rooms between ours and the front office are the originals, looks like they are residential rooms rented by the month by the locals. Everyone quiet. Some road noise. Front desk is efficient and friendly. Location worked for our purpose. Price was affordable.

Don't let the facade fool you. They are currently renovating the property. We were recently there on a road trip to see family. The room we stayed in was great with modern fixtures. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of and you were about five-minute drive to grocery stores. Would stay again if in the area.

My husband ended up in the hospital duting our vacation. Richland inns and Suites offered a newly remodeled room at a reasonable cost. They are in the middle of remodeling but my room was clean and comfortable. The noise level was a little high around my room but did not continue into the night.

The motel is in the middle of a renovation. We got one of the remodeled rooms, it is very nice.Very clean and comfortable
Both Myra and Amalia went out of their way to accommodate us.
We would definitely stay here again.
Sincerely, Jan

My biggest problem was hidden fees here. Was not told there would be a $100 extra charge which would be returned when I checked out. People need to know these thinks to plan their budget.
Convenient location to Howard Amon Park. Big rooms. Phone don’t work when I got there (don’t they check for this when they prepare for new guests?) Bathtub bottom made arrangements noises. No breakfast or coffee in the room but coffee and muffins in the office.
Biggest concern was poor value. Way too expensive fir a motel with no amenities.

It was good value for the $. My room was freshly renovated, clean, and tastefully decorated. Cute little fridge and microwave. Window AC worked great, especially welcome because of the heat and smoke from wildfires. All staff were pleasant and accommodating, gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants and businesses. Room was quiet.
