I booked two days. The room smelled like an ashtray. Also, the bathtub was filthy. They had no other rooms available for the next evening. No apologies given. Inconvenient as I have a round of golf at 9 and a wedding to attend at 4. Should be interesting to change clothes in the parking lot without showering. “Quality Inn” is a misnomer for sure.

It was a convenient place for what a wanted. Close to family that I was visiting. Hotels.com showed wrong photos of room so I was a bit disappointed with that but I’ve stayed here before and would still recommend it.

Room was on second floor with no elevator. No elevator meant hauling 4 large suitcases up one steep flight of stairs. It reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room. Turned on AC unit and was blasted with stale cigarette smoke all night long. Mold in shower. One very hard bed and one springy bed but not surface soft.

Couch had stains, pulled couch bed out and it was filled with old food and skin flakes. Coffee table in front of couch is falling apart, fridge is covered in rust. Left hotel about 4 hours after checking in.

This place is off the highway. The location was convenient and worked for us for an overnight stay, as we are in route to Nova Scotia. The checkin was seamless. The Inn was clean, and seemed newly renovated. The room was also clean and comfortable. For the price, it is worth it .

I have stayed at this hotel and never disappointed. Stayed for one night while in the area visiting friends & family. The location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast had nice options & was very good.

We arrived late - in town for a funeral- cleaning lady was very rude the next morning. There was 4 of us to get ready. Funeral was at noon. Check out was at 11. We had arrangements for other family to meet there. We were 1/2 ready & she made us bring our stuff downstairs to the cold waiting room that was by the main door that kept opening It was 10 degrees outside that morning. Will not be back. The funeral was for my only brother and she could have shown some compassion and consideration. We had just driven from Florida.

Let's start with the good! Check in was very easy, and every staff member we interacted with was super friendly. The bed was very comfy, and the laundry machines worked well. Being right next to a Dunkin and a truck stop with a pizzeria was super convenient. Try the pizza place btw, they were great! Now for the not-so-good: when we walked into our room, it looked clean, but it smelled like a gym locker. Not overwhelming so, but enough to make a pretty bad first impression. When it came time to wash up, we found the shower/tub to be incredibly dingy. Probably "clean," but the tiles, grout, and tub were all very stained. Good water pressure, though! We also discovered one of the two sinks didn't drain. Now, for the killer: when we opened the fridge, a cockroach ran out. Friendly service is great, but there's not a person in the world who's friendly enough to make me feel good about paying $160 to sleep in a room with cockroaches. We told an employee what we saw, and they said "that's strange, I've never heard of cockroaches in that part of the hotel." I'm sorry, but "that part?" That obviously implies they know they have roaches in the hotel, right?? What, did they just expect them to stay put? Anyway, I'm leaving this review anonymously because I don't want the manager to look up my name and try to figure out and punish the person I spoke with. It's obviously not their fault, and I don't want them to get in trouble for being candid. So, there you have it! Good and bad.
