I had a wonderful experience at turning stone for the weekend. The only complaint i had was that we ordered chicken tenders and fries for room service one night. The fries were cold and the tenders werent great, and it cost us $140 for it.
Besides that, i had an amazong experience and will be back when i can get away again!

I arrived at 3:00 p.m. which is the check in time and was unable to get to my room until HOURS later. To me this is unacceptable. There was no attempt to change my room or anything. I was very upset. I had a meeting I missed because of this and also I was unable to meet my family, having come straight from work and unable to get into my room to get ready for my plans.

Always an enjoyable stay

We were in room 395. Only one elevator in service and our room was at the furthest point from it. We are near 80 and the walk back and forth was very, very long. Also, bathroom shower/tub has no bar to hold onto. Only hotel we have ever stayed in without this safety feature😒

Very nice and accomodating employees.

I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere.

The Tower is great and convenient but the night crew at the desk was awful. I checked in very late and had a terrible experience with the lack of kindness from the front desk. Valet was great- but after that not so much. Everyone and everything else on the property is great.

In my opinion it is not beneficial booking this resort through Expedia. I booked a standard king size room and the front desk clerk was willing to upgrade us to a suite in the towers which I’ve stayed in before at no upcharge. When the manager overheard the tendered upgrade she said Expedia reservations could not be changed are altered. The room we were assigned was the furthest one possible from the lobby and overlooking a construction dumpster and machinery. My fourth stay at this hotel and my least favorite visit by far. I’m an Expedia fan but would recommend booking this hotel directly

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. It was very clean and the room was excellent. We had so much fun at the casino and the various restaurants. Just valet parked the car and got the next two days of fun!

Valet staff inattentive, after I went and got their attention, they seemed bothered to help.
Reception was empty. Check in clerk pre-occupied and finally checked us in after long wait(no other customers checking in or out)watching staff stare into their computers like the data was much more important than the customer trying to check in and spend their hard earned money.
No Bell staff or luggage cart offered.
Carried own luggage about 3/4 of a mile , nearly had a heart attack. Elevator was full of cigarette smoke.
The only thing that went well was the delightful wait staff and sandwich downstairs at your late nite cafe/diner. The food and staff there were commendable.
Overall was extremely disappointing after so much anticipation of a class operation….. much work to be done at this “Resort”!

Great place to be

Place is nice. Only thing I really disliked. Was when you park in the garage. You check in to get your key. Then you have to cart your luggage through a few hallways. Got lost twice. Had to ask for help. Need more signs.

This place is great!

Rooms are worn out and tires no looking in the “hotel” part of the property. In addition, the walk to the elevator was ridiculously far. The closer elevators were out of order. Signage throughout property was also inadequate given the.already confusing/difficultnlayout.

Property a bit old needs some sprucing up.

It's a clean hotel, and kind of nice. But the prices they charge are not worth the Tower rooms. Thankfully I got a deal on them. Room is clean, but it is a tiny room. The TV was extremely small by todays standards, and the rooms are not noise proofed. I could hear people in the hallway talking and laughing at all hours of the day/night. All in all, not terrible, but for someone who has traveled a bit, not a good deal for what they charge. And the room service food was OK, but not impressive at all. For what we spent on room service, it should have been a lot tastier.

We had dinner at Pino. The staff were friendly and food was delicious.

The room was nice. The view was not great ….. a roof but a little bit of the country surrounding us. Very good experience overall

I asked for a room near the elevators and they obliged. The in room dining was fast and delicious.

The Italian restaurant is great always our go to dining spot. Did not have luck gambling but thats how goes . One thing that would be a plus is to have more nightlife entertainment or options during the week.

This was our second time staying at the Turning Stone Lodge. The hotel is beautiful. Last time the pool was closed but we had a chance to use it this trip. My only complaint is how badly the pool is monitored. Many kids of all ages were swimming without adult supervision. It was extremely hard to enjoy it. Kids were jumping off the stone divider between the pool & hot tub. Very dangerous. I was swimming with my son who is in a wheelchair and I was scared that he would get hit by all the sports equipment the kids brought to the pool. I wish staff members would occasionally monitor the activity in the pool area.

Poker experience was best I've ever had in my life. Went with my son for his first time playing at a casino. The staff, from the people running the poker room to the dealers and waitresses, were awesome! Can't wait to go back.
