SLIDE WAS CLOSED AND WAVE POOL...WE ONLY UTILIZED THE OTHER POOL AND HOT TUB...

The beds had visual weariness where you rolled into a hole. Our very expensive cooler with our Thanksgiving food in it as stolen. Thought we were in a good part of town but who knows maybe it was staff.

Found a bedbug and they switched us rooms.

Stayed for the water park, which was awesome. Breakfast was great. Hotel needs some updates. Beds need replaced, bathrooms are decent, could use a deep clean. Fan had fuzz build up on it. Rooms need a little TLC, worn and minimal. Not a lot of sound proofing between floors. Overall it works, but nothing fancy.

Had grandkids with us and we were disappointed the water park was shut down due to winter hours. Thankfully the kids could play in the pool and luke warm hot tub. Very few breakfast choices for gluten free/dairy free allergies. Staff was nice!

We got to our room and couldn’t even attempt to stay here. Had to go stay at a different hotel. The bedding was not clean, there were spiders and bugs crawling on the bed. There were boogers smeared to the wall, tv didn’t work. Elevators were filthy. We will never stay here and have advised all our family and friends to stay away.

Its right next to my favorite restaurant. Its clean family oriented. Last two places we stayed at in Billings were sketchy and smelled like weed. Paid extra for the security of a xlean place

I booked this hotel without reading reviews, but Because of the reviews, the first thing I did was look at the condition of the sheets. Everything you read is accurate. It’s dirty, filled with hair, and I found blood on the blanket on the bed.
When I went to the front desk to make them aware of the situation, housekeeping had already gone for the day so I had to make up my own beds. Due to the inconvenience, they told me I would get a discount at checkout. The discount was $57. I plan on returning to Billings, but I will not stay at this hotel again. You still have to pay to get into the waterpark and the discount is only a couple of dollars. I don’t think that this hotel should have resort in their title, not worth the hype.

Our bathroom had black mold on the walls. Overall place is very dated and dirty. Beds were okay.

The rooms were very clean and the indoor water park was amazing

I was very disappointed in our room. We've stayed at the Big Horn before, and the room was in good condition and overall pretty nice. The room we were in this time was awful especially for the hugh price. Every piece of furniture was scratched and dented and in bad condition. The mattress was broken. The bathroom door had a huge crack in it, and the bottom was torn up and looked like it had water damage. It seems as though they have rooms that are up to date and nice, and then they have rooms that are comparable to a 1 star hotel.

The first room I checked into had poop on the bathroom counter. They moved us to a different room. We got our baby to sleep and pulled back the sheets to crawl in bed and the sheets had red stains on them. Someone’s hair was all over the shower and the towels were previously used. Clearly neither room we were offered had been cleaned.

Having the Reef next door made it a different experience for the kids. There was lightning so unfortunately they shut down the big slides. The staff was great! Rooms were nice and clean and big. We would come back again.

The water park is what we needed on our road trip with a 7 year old

Property needs updating. No charging outlets for phones, microwave had turn style timer, key cards had to be changed a couple of times, elevator made strange noises.

Not impressed at all for the price. And if the price is such because it has an indoor waterpark, then why do they charge an additional $14 per person per day to use it? Oh, and it closes at 7:00. Hardly family friendly given check-in is 3:00.
It may have been a one-off, but the person who checked us in was really lacking in any graces.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but there was no place to fill a water bottle. The breakfast was awful, as someone who has food allergies the only thing there that I could eat was a very very green banana, there was no other fruit out or hard boiled eggs or anything. There were scrambled eggs but no breakfast meat to go with. It was clean which was nice but the options sucked.
My kids were super excited to go swimming and then we found out that the only place to swim was the water park that we had to pay to get into. We decided to pay the $12 per person to swim because we wanted to hot tub while the kids played. After paying to swim we got into the reef and the hot tub was drained. To top it off my kids. Were most excited about the lily pad floats and they told the kids they weren’t allowed to play on them because they were closed. The water was also freezing cold.

I loved the laminate flooring. Very clean! We also enjoyed the Reef waterpark..

We thought the pool was included in the property thats why we chose it but it was additional charge and they even charged for towels. It seemed that everywhere we went inside was an additional charge. Also the room keys kept going out and we had to get new ones twice a day everyday. Gwtting new towels and sheets was hard to do and took forever. Staff was friendly but as for a resort it did not live up to the standard of what they charged.

This hotel was fine. Nothing extraordinary but nothing bad. Rooms were clean, staff was nice. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. Access to the Waterpark was convenient.

The stay was okay. I was not impressed with how outdated it was for the price and considering its name, RESORT! However the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent!

The flooring was wrapped and coming loose, breakfast wasn't good, this is NOT a resort.

It’s a good place to stay if you have kids to play in the indoor water park. It’s dated, I had to ask to have our room cleaned and wet towels replaced. Nothing very special about it

There were bugs in the sink and shower. Someone else’s hair in the shower( I have a shaved head) ac didn’t work great, had to go to Walmart to get a fan to get the air to flow across the room.

My boys enjoyed the water park. I was not thrilled when I saw there would be a charge for towels to bring into the water park but they were not charged for the towels after all.

The water park is horrible! 4 POSTED signs around the hot tub stating only 12 & older. Young kids doing cannon balls in it. At one time I counted 29 people in it. Upon talking to three lifeguards, not one of them did anything to remove the young children. Even the one in a diaper! The lifeguard watching the wave pool, was a joke. Talking to two friends was more important then doing his job. Was told the waterpark would be open until 7PM & is posted in two places until 7PM. Paid $50 for wristbands to have them close it at 6:40PM. Was also never told about about purchasing wristbands when we called to ask questions about making reservations. Towels were not available. Asked several times & were given three different answers. My family & I have stayed at several waterpark hotels. This is by far THE WORST & poorly run.

You can hear people in the next room. You can hear them talking just with a normal voice.

For the price, this was a very old property. Beds were worn out and saggy, bathrooms and fixtures were outdated. Certainly not “resort” so that was a bit surprising. Water park was great, staff were excellent. But likely wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. In was “fine”.

When we came to check into our hotel they weren’t friendly like you expected. Breakfast was just pancakes (over cooked) and harsh browns no protein like eggs, sausage, bacon etc. not much of fresh fruit just apples and no little milks for kids to drink. Our room was not what I wanted as the beds are fulls not queen like I booked! The room next to us we could hear EVERYTHING through the wall which made it hard to sleep as they had their tv loud and we could even hear them use the restroom hear them getting into bed etc. no privacy or sound Barrier. Morning staff was nice just not So much at check in

Water park was pretty great for $10, no lines. Not great enough to make up for the poop and mold in the room however.
