The staff were so amazing to us! Even weeks prior they reached out and organized everything for us so easily no matter the time of day. They also tried really hard to get my lost luggage for me, offered to pack our breakfast to go, called every restaurant to get us reservations, all our rides. I am so grateful that they made my birthday trip special. Also the location is perfect!

The hotel is in the Positano Center. Nearby restaurants, shops , ATM machine downstairs. Theres also a bakery about 5 minutes walk from hotel. The view across the hotel is amazing. Breakfast: excellent choices including fresh fruits, pastries, cheese, meats. Choice of coffees: Cappuccino, American, espressos Choice of Juices Bacon, eggs etc. Taxi service across hotel for transport and pick up at Naples Airport. Overall an excellent hotel including wonderful caring staff. Thank you!!!

This property has been one of my favorites if not my favorite I have stayed at! The staff were amazing, they were so helpful, nice, and knowledgeable about the area. The area was perfect so close to the main beach and lots of restaurants and bars! 10/10 would recommend!

What a GREAT hotel. I mean you NEED to stay here if you go to positano. Dont hesitate, stop looking, this is the one, and book it with city view and if you can with sea view! Waoooo stunningggg I have no words. Also good breakfast that is included. It has a lift for the baggage, you have taxi parking just in front in case you need it. They offer you help with the baggage (of course you need to pay but is a fare fee), and believe me, you will need it! The hotel is in a perfect location, super super near the beach, restaurants, shops and everything you may need. But specially you have the beautiful Positano view from your balcony!! I would stay here a hundred times and will recommend it to everyone I know! Thank you Boungainville for a tremendous stay!

The staff was very accomodating and pleasant. Even packaged a to-go breakfast for our early departure on checkout day! Views were good from the seaside rooms considering the hotel was more towards the middle of Positano.

Would highly recommend staying here, in a perfect location in the centre of Positano, 5-10 mins walk to the beach, lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is lovely, very clean and staff really helpful and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. You even get beach towels and flip flops provided in your room if you want to go to the beach!

We had an amazing stay at La Bougainville. The staff were attentive and kind. Offering ideas and even calling places for us to see if we could book reservations, ex. The room was cozy, clean with a stunning view! The bf was assorted and full of treats. Being gluten and dairy free, I’m always apprehensive about breakfast bars but they were accommodating and always had something I could eat. Overall, a great stay for the price and location and would highly recommend!

Awesome hotel in paradise! Location is awesome, and restaurants, wine bars, cafes, shopping all around this hotel. Rooms are very nice sized, and breakfast is excellent. They also serve in room. Balcony rooms have sea view. Staff went out of their way to help us; imma, Salvatore and lello are amazing. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful! When we checked in the reception desk offered to assist us with booking beach clubs for us to go to and helped us make dinner reservations. When we come back to Positano we will stay here again!

We stayed here during out last night in Positano and loved it. Would definitely stay again. The option to have breakfast delivered to enjoy on our balcony was lovely. Happy to have stayed here with my new fiancée! Hope to be back soon.

This hotel was a great deal and for the price a great location to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast provided was a nice touch as well. The only downside to the property is that it is pretty noisy. Not the noise from the outside but interior walls/doors are very thin and can hear almost everything happening in the hallways and rooms next to you.

I feel very fortunate that we stayed here. The staff was amazing! Every single person was friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation from the airport, made excellent recommendations for dinner and even reservations. The location and service were exceptional. The room, which looked dated in the pictures, was surprisingly better than I expected. The views from the balcony were to die for and the shower was amazing. We were there during our honeymoon and the staff were so kind to surprise us with champagne and fruit. I would definitely recommend.

Relatively small but lovely hotel. Staff was exceptionally accommodating and attentive. Very close to the heart of Positano and within steps of the shopping “district” and the path to the beach. It may lack some amenities of larger hotels but in our experience the value was unmatched.

Great location right in the middle of everything. Easy to get anywhere else in Positano. Very good view from the balcony. The staff were outstanding! Every one of them was super helpful - patient to give us various ideas and they took care of booking numerous things for us. They go way above and beyond what one would expect from a hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind even before we got there by assisting us with parking and keeping us updated with traffic conditions. The hotel has a beautiful central location with amazing views as well as a car park directly in front. Again the staff were super friendly and kind with 24/7 assistance at the front. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the heart of Positano.

The location is excellent you cant find better in this price, when you come its better by the bus so you go down, instead if you come from the port you need to climb the stairs or pay 10 euro each baggage so someone will get it for you. The bed not comfortable at all, we stayed two night and each morning we wake up with back pain. the breakfast was awful, there is no basic, there is no ham no cheese, just boiled eggs and one kind of corasson There is no options. So its not really a breakfast. ( and believe me we are people that dont look for a fancy breakfast). And there is a lot of stairs and the elevator for 1 person only. And its not an offical elevator.
