Simple basic room .

We had a lovely stay, the room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The decor was ok but a little rough around the edges. The shower overflowed, the bathroom fan didn’t work, bed wasnt great and I’d say the Mary needs an upgrade along with the pillows! The window was very stiff and not easy to open. There were lovely products in the bathroom. Food downstairs was average but the whole staff were lovely and very helpful from the moment we arrived.

Lovely hotel and lovely, clean, comfortable room. The hotel was very central to Cathedral Quarter where all the action is so very convenient. There were some quite noisy guests though as the hotel was very full with lots of party goers!

Great staff and lovely room. It was very warm in the room but getting a fan from reception was no problem.

Hotel in prime location. Rooms good, restaurant service good. Double glazed windows but quite a bit of noise from main road. Breakfast very good. Mo major issues.

We had an excellent stay , staff were friendly and helpful . Rooms were very comfy and very close to city centre

Had an amazing time at the Ramada. Very central to shoos and bars in the Cathedral quarters. We arrived at 12 and were allowed to check in early. The staff on reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Had a lovely lunch in the restaurant, bar staff very friendly. The room as clean and spacious. We couldnt have asked for better for the price. Will definitely be back.

Perfect location for my business trip and delighted to find myself right next to Saint Anne's Square. Staff and accommodation are lovely

Easy to find in the edge of the Cathedral quater, the hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows get an 8/10, shower 8/10, breakfast 8/10, bar 6/10, reception 9/10, room 7/10. Happy. Would stay here again.

The rooms were far too hot! The radiator wasn’t even turned on-but our level was roasting (level 4).

We had a lovely stay, staff very friendly, hotel lovely and clean. However we were woken at 12.30am but someone banging on our door and pulling on the handle. This woke our 2 young children who were screaming, not knowing what was going on. We rang reception to report this. 10minutes after we rang, someone came up to the person lying on the floor outside our room. The man keptbanging on the walls and a woman came out to him, trying to get him into the room. This was very disturbing to our young children and went on for around 30minutes. When i raisied this at reception at check out, i was told it was a man who was 'bladdered'. i was offered 10% off my next stay! Unfortunately i doubt we will be baack at this hotel. Such a shame

Hotel is in a great location. Close to all areas. Staff are helpful and friendly. General hotel cleanliness and room were very clean.
Only negative are the beds. Very firm but also tired mattresses. We asked for another duvet to lay on top of mattress, then it was much more comfortable.

Very good basic bathrooms but pleasant and helpful staff thank you

We were asked if we preferred what floor we wanted, said as high as possible. Got a 3rd floor room at the rear with a view of a multistorey carpark. When a questioned reception, very abrupt & said no other room available.
As we were staying over 5 nights we were told the room would be servied every other day, which is fine but when we picked up teabags, sugar etc we were looked at as if we were stealing from them, one of the male receptionists physically pulled the trolley closer to him.

Overall the hotel isn’t bad but I had a very disappointing experience with housekeeping during the stay. They only clean on alternate days (which is fine) but unfortunately I was left with a series of soaking wet/dirty towels one day after cleaning. They’d all been folded and laid out as though they were fresh but after getting out of the shower I discovered they were all wet and used. Incredibly unhygienic and disappointing.

Perfect base for a quick business trip in a convenient part of Belfast for restaurants and bars.

Returning to the hotel in the evening, the staff interrogate you before letting you into the hotel. Not just asking your room number and such, but they actually asked about my relationship with my partner and whether he was staying in the room with me. Treating your customers like potential criminals is not a good way to get repeat business.

The room was very comfortable, and quiet given the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was good too. The location isn't the best, but everything was walkable.

Well located, friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helplful.
One issue: there is no air conditioning. I realize it's Northern Ireland, but we are in a new climate. AC is needed for the hotter months.

stay was great and location perfect!
Requested the executive pack as was only traveling with hand luggage and thought it a great idea for the robe and toiletries etc, however no toiletries in the pack. There were some provide in the bathroom so not an issue.
Reception staff very helpful

I arrived on the late ferry which had been delayed didn't get the hotel till 3am on the 12th, I had booked the room from 11th for 5 nights to find out that they had cancelled my room because I hadn't checked in on the 11th , even although room had been paid and I had called ahead to let them check I would still be able to check in at that time. Spanish Girl on the desk must be new because she couldn't understand the reason, by the time the other lad on the desk took over there was a queue of very tired passenger's with the same issue he advised us the system automatically cancels booking after 2 if you are a no show this is something you need to look especially as there are ferrys and flights coming in at all times

Had a fantastic stay at the Ramada, the staff could not have done more to make this an enjoyable time, can't think them enough especially Ruairi who went above and beyond the call of duty several times.

Enjoyed our stay breakfast is always good. Room was quite warm during the night. That was only down side

Temperature was very warm throughout the stay with no way to cool it down. Window only opened a crack. Staff were pleasant. Restaurant food was good.

Despite it being surrounded by restaurants the ramada was pleasantly quiet, the beer was cold and reasonably priced. The staff were all wonderful pleasant and helpful. Coming from Australia we are used to having a refrigerator in our room, we missed that. This is our only vaguely negative observation. Breakfast was wonderful brought back memories of my Irish grandmother with potato bread and soda bread.
Thank you Ramada

The staff was very nice upon arrival. We arrived a few hours early and they let us get into our room early. They also stored our luggage for us upon check-out so that we could spend more time exploring the city! The room was clean. It had a safe and a hair dryer, coffee and tea pot. The bar/restaurant was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located in the cathedral district. There were unlimited places to shop, eat or catch a drink. All sights were walkable, with the exception of the Titanic Museum, which was a short taxi ride. The "order taxi button" was super convenient!

Really good hotel in an excellent location with a good breakfast and clean rooms
