No hot water at all at the shower, nobody at the front desk you have cross the street to do the check in...and the guy there seems not to know the hotel procedures. The parking light lightning the room all night ...

The location is excellent, near for shopping malls, restaurants, banks, etc! I was attending an international congress near from the hotel, and the location was pretty close and convenient for me, just four blocks away! Another thing that I can mention is that breakfast is pretty good! Really good and tasty! I would recommend this hotel for business trip!

Check in, room was good. I was not able to get my breakfast since I was told it was from 6:30am to 10:30am. When I get there around 10am, there was no food to eat.

Pros: clean and comfortable, has own parking and it’s near some food places located at Torre Futura. Cons: the reception is not in the hotel (something that was only mentioned after the reservation was made), it is next to it on a separate hotel. That’s not a problem, however, crossing the street is. There wasn’t any toilet paper on the bathroom... you can guess how I found out, not a pleasant surprise... I used to visit this hotel around 8 years ago, my opinion is that it was better back then.

They not have good attention at the front desk ,the property not in a good care, beds are terrible, towels and bedding are bad. The first room they gave me smelled awful. Probably I never come back.

Coming from the U.S. I was a bit skeptical, I’ve stayed at their main hotel across the street but this place is good too. Safe area, and there is always a guard at front that looks out for both hotels.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Villa Terra. My room was cute and comfortable. The breakfast had many options and plenty of food. There was security and personnel always at the front desk. The common areas and courtyard were very pretty. Would stay again!
