Would not recommend.

The location was good, within easy walk of landmarks, transport and shops.

The carpet was wet from the air-conditioning which we didn't realise till we stood barefoot on it. After we had wandered around and went back to the hotel the room was very smelly and offensive. They moved us to a different room which they told us was an upgrade and they wouldn't charge us. The breakfast was of a fairly low standard.

Kleinschalig hotel in hartje Venetië

Leuk hotel in het hartje Venetië, comfortabele kamer met zicht op de grachten.. Ontbijt mocht iets uitgebreider maar voor Italië best ok. Wij hadden een suite en deze was verdeeld in twee kamers die netjes en ruim waren. Zeker aan te raden!

Wel wat rumoerig in de ochtend omdat ze leveren aan de hotels langs de grachten.

Priceworthy stay in Venice

The staff was very friendly. Our room was everyday nicely cleaned. The area was peaceful.

The breakfast tasted good but cut have had a little more variation.

Excelente hospedaje en Venecia con Desayuno incluido

El hotel en general es muy bueno, esta en el centro de Venecia, por lo que puedes llegar caminando a los puntos y canales mas importantes y turisticos. El desayuno nos gusto mucho aunque habian pocas opciones estuvo muy rico. Y la atención por parte de recepción muy buena, muy amables y nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones.

Lo único que recomendaría a la gente es viajar ligero, ya que del barco del canal principal al hotel, se debe caminar un poco y subir y bajar escaleras.

I am so happy with my decision to choose this hotel. Location of the hotel of great. It was less than 10 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. My room was clean and quiet.

A lovely hotel

Excellent location, less than 5 minute walk to St Mark's Square. Staff were very professional and helpful, from Reception to the lady serving breakfast. Spacious clean room with a very well stocked mini bar, toiletries etc. A very pleasant, quiet area near Reception to relax and unwind if you choose. Fresh juice, tea/coffee, rolls , croissants, boiled eggs, ham, cheese plus some sweet treats for breakfast. Amazing hotel for the price in an expensive city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was some noise from the canal in the morning when deliveries were being made. It wasn't an issue for us. It was good to see the practical side of life in Venice. We would stay at this hotel again in an instant.

Actually, I've caught an respiratory infection (no COVID, thanks God) and had to spend the two days in the hotel room. The room was comfortable, warm, clean and cozy.

As I need to drink as much tea as possible it would be convenient to have an electric kettle in the rooms. However, the staff was freandly and did their best to help me.

Very good

It has a lift! Compared to most hotels in its range, this one has a lift. Room was really huge too. it is located in the centre of San Marco—plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient shop just beside it. Breakfast, though with limited selection, is quite generous. Hotel staff were accommodating.

Can’t think of any, really. Maybe just the air conditioning unit which isnt a a big fuss to us—cant make the room cold.

again if you have a big bag don’t go to this hotel

the location is very bad the car don’t go inside and you are not lucky if you have a big bag you will fight till you go to the hotel it’s like walking 3 kilo metres from the center till the hotel please take care of you have a big bad you will die walking and climbing the stairs to the hotel the reception was very tough and he screamed at me when I told him I want to cancel because it’s very far and my bag has been stolen

The location was prime.

The bathroom was cramped, so much so that when you open the door to go inside, you cannot access the toilet and literally have to slide between the door and the shower door to access the toilet. Never seen anything like it before. If I was a few sizes larger, there is no way I would’ve been able to use the toilet. my room also smelled strange. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an older building or due to mildew but it was not a very pleasant smell.

Location of the hotel is very good. Just a few streets of St. Marco. Breakfast was also good.

The room was a bit muffy and the bathroom is also a bit old.
