The place is very nice, amazing pools, a lot of food and drinks available all day. The buildings are old, they need new painting, new furniture. My only problem was the room next to me, it was a very loud couple, they were waking me up every day. The couple was very bad, they were saying bad words all the time...not fun, I complained 3 times with the stufff, they did not do nothing. Disappoointed.

The resort has many wings with different styles of hotels, gladly with got the “Ala Sol” I believe the most beautiful building as it’s has a more traditional style, there are others Alas more modern but the “Ala Sol” is the most cozy and has the best Beach location! The “Ala Sol” has a big sand area to enjoy, if you get other Ala at the beginning of the resort like the “Ala Agua” the beach there is very Rocky so if you can choose go for “Ala Sol” or “Ala Terra” (also close to Sauipe Kids). The rooms are big and very clean, we got a view to the pool on the front but also from the balcony we got an ocean view to the side. The service is very professional and 24hs on call, every employee has the nicest attitude. The restaurants have a wide variety of food choice and great quality and there’s constant cleaning and attention.Regard activities there is a group of Entertainers that has an every day agenda with games and dances but also they perform funny shows on the pool for everyone to participate and laugh. The resort has manny facilities to enjoy there’s is an Sports area (tennis, football) a Country area (horse back ridding) a Nautical area (kayak, duck pedaling, zip line) and above all the resort has its own villa called “Villa Do Praia” a little town with shops and dining spots but also with a Theater for the whole family to enjoy with great performers like Magicians. Also there is a Trapezium area where you can take classes and has a Circus show!Awesome family trip!

This location has historically been where the well-off in the area congregate for a relaxing vacation; however, it seems to have slipped drastically from peak performance. Overall the food was disappointing with limited options and large gaps between serving hours which ( in my case) did not allow for leisurely meal times. I felt I had to plan too much to make sure we did not miss the window for lunch or dinner before the majority of food options were removed for the overnight food service. In addition, there is only one bar area that operates after 6pm with at most two bartenders that can barely keep up with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink service for the entire population of the resort wing you are assigned.
In summary, this was not the relaxing, leisurely experience that was promised but just another place to go where you have to cater to the whims of the hotels hours.
If you have the option, spend your vacation in Cancun or Cozumel

Overall, very nice. However, we noticed that in some areas, the hotel has worsened the level of its services, when compared to the services offered 2 years ago. For example, we noticed that there are no more "dinners at restaurants" other than the buffet, included in the hotel Price. The nurseries and other services have been unified and relocated to the "hotel Villa", making its Access not that easy now. The variety and availability of food is now more restricted (for example: at the pool restaurant).

This resort offers a big area for activities divided into several hotels. I stayed at "Ala Terra". Rooms are specious and confortable. Wi-fi works but had some problems with connections.
The main problem for me was the quality of the food offered. Restaurants are huge and noise and food is cooked for a very large number of people. Hence, we cannot expect anything delicious. That is, lots of food are offered you but their taste is below what you pay for.
Beaches in the area have strong waves, which may not suit those who would like to swim.

Very nice experience, wonderful place, lot of things to do, recommended for families with small kids. The food is good, the rooms are clean, the pool is very nice. On the down side the staff only speaks Portuguese and the facilities needs a little maintenance. Overall experience was very good, we are probably going to come back in a couple of years.

When I selected Suipe Resorts, I believed in a great name when talking about resorts in Brazil. However, from the very first minute, the experience couldnt be worse. Long lines for checking in, crowdy front desk, noisy restaurant.During the check in process, Mr Edeilton was outstanding understanding my initial disappointment and showing me the options both trying me to convince to stay there (presenting the rooms and ammenities) and offering a paid upgrade to Sauipe Premium, which was my choice by the end.Unfortunately, my general perception is that guests messed the All-inclusive regime with eat and drink as much as you can.

Beautiful location, amazing pools, open spaces and beach. Hotel staff is amazingly courteous and attentive. There is some need for updating fixtures, facilities, but in general a very pleasant experience.
