Property was adequate for price but check-in process was not acceptable. They stated their reception hours are 9:30am- 7:30pm and when we showed up at 2pm, we had no way of getting inside the building to get to reception. We buzzed them at the reception button twice and no reply. I sent them a message on expedia. In the meantime, another person staying there let us in as they were coming in. We made our way up to reception which was closed. My husband called them and they told us would be there in approximately 25 mins, so we were forced to wait in a small corridor outside the reception office, with no way to even leave our bags there. I was not given any proper communication about what to expect, nor advance codes in order to at least buzz into the building. I was very frustrated by this considering we had traveled for 7 hours that morning. Despite that, reception was polite when they finally arrived and were able to get us in within a few minutes. Room was lovely and updated. Bathroom was in good condition but shower door leaked horribly and got water all over the floor. The description of the hotel listed a free bottle of wine as an amenity which was never provided. Not a big deal, but something to note. All in all, a good area and nice accommodations, but the check in process should be streamlined and more reliable.

It's a beautiful apartment in a lively and fun area, very close to the metro and streetcar. We stayed there with our kids, and it was perfect for a quick stay over in Lisbon!

Our stay at Chiado Dream Apartments was fantastic! It is centrally located and was easy to get to after an overnight flight. Our room wasn't ready yet when we arrived but they kept our bags for us so we could start exploring the city. By the time we finally arrived in our room, our bags were waiting for us. The coffee/coffee maker in our room was an appreciated touch.

Great location. It is a little awkward having the reception on the 2nd floor and not having a receptionist there at least during normal business hours. The property is showing sings of wear and tear. The faux leather on the headboards is peeling. It got stuck to my back. The shower faucet could not be adjusted, but water would come so we still managed to take a shower.

We stayed at the Chiado Dream Apartments for 3 nights and I would recomend it. The location was perfect, very close to the main streets, only 2 short blocks away. The room was very large, with two queen beds, with lots of room to move. The kitchen was well equipped and again had lots of room with a table and two chairs to eat at. The bathroom was large with a very good shower. Carlos was a great help and the communication was perfect. As this apartment was on the first floor and on a corner when we opened the doors to the small balconies the airflow was great on the war days. We had no problem with noise at all but I would assume in the summer when it gets busier it may be a bit noisier but it was not a problem at all. I would stay there again for sure.

Hotel location is good, close to everything (many restaurants and shops nearby).This was our second time visiting Lisbon and it was absolutely amazing experience. We only stayed here for two nights and it was pretty good. If we ever go back to Lisbon we will definitely stay here again.

The great thing about this apartment is it's strategic location. The rest is just ok, the cleaning definitely needs improvement. Too tiny , the kitchen had to use.

We enjoyed our stay at Chiado Dream apartment. When we had a last minute travel issue, it was easy to communicate with the apartment via WhatsApp to keep them informed. The apartment was as expected and very clean. It is also very centrally located to sited and metro.

Lisbon was our final stop on a Spain/Portugal train trip. This hotel was by far the cleanest, largest, best appointed room during our entire trip. Just steps away from all the action and the metro.

Carlos checked us in and he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Carlos secured our luggage and when we returned at 3, it was waiting in our room. The hotel is in a great location!!! Shopping and transportation are very close. The room was small but not cramped and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Bathroom in our suite was terrible, broken floor tiles and mold in the shower. Broken tiles resulted in a foot injury. Asked reception for a rug or additional towels to cover the tiles, none were delivered. Mold in the shower was terrible. Followed up with no response. Would not stay here again based on condition of bathroom.

Very nice and spacious apartment, right in the middle of downtown. Easy in and out. The only negative, for us, it was no AC in 32 degree weather… Other then that I would totally recommend it 😊👌

The people at reception were wonderful. However, the room could use some upkeep. The room was very clean, but it appeared as if there was mold on the wall behind the wallpaper. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in a few spots. Also, there was mold in the grout of the tiles in the shower. Overall, we had a lovely stay, but those issues should be resolved to make guests feel more comfortable in my opinion.

Located in perfect location with everything on your door step . Easy walk to shops , tourist areas waterfront and hop on hop off buses . Caught Uber from airport and also from main rail station. (Cheapest transfers) Apartment very comfortable with daily cleaning , kitchen , laundry ( on our 3rd floor) . So easy to pop back have a rest then head out again . Reception were so helpful ( only there for certain hours ) Can be a little noisy at night as it is close to lots of cafes and restaurants however double glazed windows do help . Didn’t really bother us . Loved this apartment and highly recommend.

This apartment was in an excellent location to explore the city. Lots of things to do within walking distance. The apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was made up each day with fresh towels etc. the little kitchen was very nice. We didn’t cook but the full size fridge was very handy. The little balcony was great. The only complaint is the bathroom. Our shower temp was hard to regulate and the shower needs new grout and there was a minor damp issue on the ceiling. When we went to check out on Sunday morning no one was about at reception so we just headed off. Overall the location is fantastic and the apartment was great. We would recommend it and definitely stay again if we return to Lisbon.

The location is brilliant in central Lisbon, within walking distance of several attractions and close to metro/bus/tram etc. I stayed on the 4th floor, with elevator and a balcony. Everything was clean and neat, except the plumbing (read: sewage) which left something to be desired.
