Overall this doesn't seem like anything but a rental property, it is not a "vacation rental by owner" as it is run entirely by a property management company in another state (Vacasa).
The property and location were great, and it worked well for the four of us (me, my wife, my friend, and his son).
The good:
It was as described: two bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, and nice living room upstairs.
The bed in the master was very comfortable for both of us (decently firm, didn't sag).
Lots of pots and pans and knives (as good as one can expect for a rental unit).
Lots of dishes and silverware.
It was very comfortable.
The bad:
Coffee: nothing but a Keurig, so no way to get a decent cup of coffee.
It was hot! Yes, we were there in summer, I get that. But Vacasa clearly says fans "available for your convenience." There were no fans.
Communication: good innitially, but once there, I couldn't reach either local vacasa rep, and neither called back.
Closets: so stuffed with extra bedding and who knows what, that there was nowhere to hang our clothes or put our luggage.
Blackout curtain in the master is tearing off its hooks, and pull cord doesn't work. You can still close it manually, at least.
There is salt and pepper and that's it. I've never stayed in a VRBO/etc. that was so sparesly stocked.
Overall, we had a great time, and it was a nice place to stay. However, for a strictly rental property like this, I would have thought they'd have the details handled a bit better.

Made our ski trip super convenient. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy, not fancy or precious. What a mountain cabin should be.

We booked this place for it’s proximity to North Star. However, the shuttle won’t pick you up here in snowy conditions which meant we had to walk 1/4 mile to the next closest stop. The driveway and steps weren’t shoveled. We had to do it ourselves. The place has a wood burning fireplace but no firewood was provided. Also was missing basics such as sugar, coffee pods that we’d expect at this price point. There were games but only for adults and generally not in good condition. Beds weren’t comfortable.
Vacasa has a centralized service and couldn’t provide specific information on this unit or help in any way when we were there. This place may be okay in the summer but avoid in the winter.

This is a nice condo in good condition with decent updates. We adults are into coffee in the morning and brought our own grounds only to find there was no coffee maker as advertised, just a Keurig machine without a removable filter that some have where you can make it work. Furthermore, we didn’t have access to the local manager—you have to go through Vacasa for any issues who basically gave us the runaround. After 3 days, we heard from the local manager who simply apologized. It’s one thing to not have something that’s advertised—if we knew there was Keurig, we would have brought pods (though we did learn how to brew coffee in a saucepan)—but it’s another thing after spending thousands of dollars on lodging for a ski vacation when you can’t get a timely response to an issue from the person on-site.
Other little things were that there was just a small bar of soap in each bathroom and no tissues in the unit which we thought was odd. Also, the heating system downstairs where the bedrooms are is quite loud.
But it’s an otherwise quiet end unit with plenty of space for a family of four. A nice functional kitchen where we made some good dinners. Nice big smart TV upstairs. Washer/dryer worked well.
Condo is on Northstar property with shuttle access as well as trail access to Village. We walked to and from the village with two little kids for a movie. You can also ski down the trail at the end of the day which is much faster than the shuttle. Another plus is the prompt snow clearing service in the parking lot and the shovelers who clear the walkways.
All in all, a solid convenient condo that needs to update the coffee description in the listing and work on communication with the guests.

I enjoyed the room and the location.
