Fantastic for the price point. We had to wash a few of the dishes before cooking with them and buy our own toilet paper and paper towels, but otherwise a very pleasant weekend getaway! Comfortable mattresses and A/C worked great.

The cabin needed tons of work. It also needed a good deep clean. A lot of old, out dated food in cabins as well as fridge. For the price, and no longer then we was actually in the cabin we dealt with it. We floated the Spring river. They picked us up from the cabin, and dropped us off. So for us it was well worth it. If you are bougie
you will not be able to stay In The big cabin.

For two guys in their 20's-30's who only need a place to crash after fishing, it's OK. All bedrooms upstairs, BR is down stairs. Stairs are steep with 4-5 inch runners. If you have to get up at night to urinate, it's dangerous. Full of mice and mice droppings. Front door has to be almost kicked open. Dishwasher won't close unless you lift up the counter. Not a place for kids or wives. Full of other peoples stuff, like the owner's adult daughter was living there and only left because we arrived.

Great cabin for a outdoor getaway

This is a great place for adventurous outdoor enthusiasts! Probably not appropriate for children under 5 & unaccommodating to most ladies—far too rustic. With the change of seasons, it could use a good spring cleaning—inside & out. The property is conveniently located right off of a 5 lane HWY (minutes from activities), and the backyard is welcoming & well maintained. The surrounding area is worth revisiting!

We had a wonderful time. Enjoy the cabin. Plenty of room for a guest of nine had all the kitchen equipment, refrigerator, stove, barbecue pit picnic benches as needed and some supplies were already there to have a really good gathering of friends the owner, Chris Gray has plans for putting in Amusement park For the kids and dog area.
Which the owner is pet friendly we’re only a mile from the best fishing area in Mammoth Springs very close to our property in Cherokee Village which we have some undeveloped plan that we plan on making our place in the future. We definitely plan on going back this summer to the same cabin.🎣😎🏡🌞💗

Wanted to spend time with family and this was a great place to go to.

The Big Cabin has character & nice grounds, but I had to spend our first night cleaning. Everything was filthy. First sign was the fridge that contained a remnant of a piece of fried chicken, a dirty napkin, a million condiment bottles (some empty/expired), & something spilled. Next, kitchen counters & dish drying rack were sticky, so everything in it went straight to the dishwasher along with anything we thought we might need to use. Then the bathroom… hair(s) in shower & a dirty toilet… Bed linens appeared to be clean or else we would have found a hotel.
Needs a complete cleaning top to bottom. Last hotel in this town wasn’t much better, so we had high hopes for a cabin rental. Wish I had listened to the bad reviews.

Cozy cabin. Not to far but not to close to town. 2 minutes drive to the fishing hole. Literally everything you'll need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Definitely coming back in the foreseeable future

The cabin was probably twice as big as the pictures made it look. Definitely rustic, but an excellent value. It’s at the top of a small campground and we had the place all to ourselves so it was a lot of fun. I would bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the cabin is just off the highway and big trucks rumble through all night. Our heavy sleepers had no issues. I would definitely recommend to others, especially if you want a cabin hangout with your family.

The property owner was great to work with. He promptly responded to all messages. This is a cozy cabin, great for families. This is not a posh, luxurious place. Beds were comfortable, recliners were comfy, and the AC worked well. There was a musty odor, but I think the odor was also outside was also outside in the humid summer air. The refrigerator was dirty. Once I cleaned the fridge, I was able to appreciate how clean everything else was. In all, our family enjoyed our stay.

Great little out of town but not far either can't asked for anything better

Chose this property because of location and reviews on VRBO. Began to worry when we pulled up in front and saw tattered mini blinds. This was without a doubt the dirtiest building I have ever been in. Does not look like the pictures at all. Cobwebs and dust bunnies everywhere and the refrigerator is not the same refrigerator as in pictures and was nasty. Used wash rags and soap in a dirty shower. No way we would stay here and certainly would not let my grandchildren. We found another cabin for the night nearby, not through VRBO. One of the reviews says this is a typical Arkansas cabin. It is not!!

Had a great time and is a simple old school cabin that does the job 👍

We rented all 3 cabins on the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Only downside is the property is right off the main road but it makes very easy access to the river outfitters and Dam 3. We will be back next year!

Wanted to get out of town and we found the perfect place for all of us

Sleeps 10 easily. Big fire pit out back, lights around the back create a festive atmosphere. Very rustic and what you'd expect for a cabin in Arkansas.

When we make another trip to the area, we have already discussed staying here again. The group included my brother, his wife, my Mom, my two daughters and two of our dogs. It was perfect for us. The stairs are a bit steep, so my Mom stayed on the hide-a-bed, the rest of us were upstairs. We all agreed the beds are extremely comfortable and we got amazing sleep during our stay. We had a small issue when trying to check in, but the owner answered my phone call right away even though it was later in the evening and was happy to help. With it being late when we arrived, I will say it was a bit difficult to see the driveway coming, so I would recommend trying to check in during daylight. We will also make sure to bring a few extra blankets the next time, the placement of one of the A/C units upstairs had it blowing directly on one of the beds. Overall the stay was great and we can't wait to stay again!

I believe the stay was what we needed for our family. It had woods to explore, close to town, plenty of beds, and a kitchen that was accessible for feeding a hungry crew of six. The porch was nice to sit and read and the fire pit was great for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for the memories. REBECCA

Property was very clean . Fully stocked and comfortable. This is NoT a property for senior or those with physical limitations . The bedrooms are all up a very very narrow staircase that is a challenge and the one bathroom is downstairs. .

Cozy cabin. Good wifi. Minutes from fishing. My only complaint would be the bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs. And you have to be careful going down the stairs.
