Pleasant surprise seeing a welcoming bottle of wine waiting when we arrived inside this very comfortable home, It is well equipped for cooking and evening relaxing with pool table and foosball and TV. Every day began with coffee sitting on the deck admiring the view of the lake.

Easy to get to and near everything. Not sure I’d stay again due to sound travel and creeking.

Amazing things:
1. Location - near everything. Longest drive was less than 15 minutes. Small beaches w/playgrounds, supermarkets, restaurants, drug stores, outlets, marina
2. Responsiveness of host - every inquiry was answered within minutes. Nice welcome package with instructions as well as things to do in the area.
3. Comforts of home - everything was provided and available for use from paper products, a grill, beach towels and games/toys for children. Kitchen was well-stocked.
4. Dining room table - rarely do we find a place where all eleven of us can eat meals together. This table was great. As an added bonus, it also opened up to a pool table.
5. Backyard fire pit/chairs with beautiful view of Lake Winnisquam and a jacuzzi!
6. Plenty of parking, 2 car garage available for use.
7. It was a HOT week (90s) and there were air conditioners in every room. There were times they needed to be turned off. House stayed cool.
Comments:
1. While sleeping counts are probably correct, the description of the bedrooms were slightly different. In some cases, a pull-out double bed was provided in lieu of two twin beds.
2. Lighting in downstairs master bedroom could be better.

8 of us come for the weekend to enjoy a nice girl’s weekend and this property met all of our needs! The AC units were still in so the heat wasn’t doing much the first night and it was quite cold inside (63). Once we took out the units it warmed up nicely and was much more comfortable. The hot tub overlooking the lake was perfect especially with it being only 6 degrees outside! The beds were SO comfy! Vickie was very responsive the whole weekend. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed here for a ladies getaway and to go shopping at the Tilton outlets for Christmas. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful views of the lake
House was well equipped and the kitchen had everything one would need. Bedrooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable.

My family visited New Hampshire for the first time and chose Laconia as our base camp. This lakeview home was perfect for our visit. It had enough beds for all 5 adults to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was wonderful and fully stocked with pots and pans for a meal we cooked. Several grocery stores a close which is a big plus! The living area had a nice big Roku Tv where we gathered after a long day of sightseeing. There was plenty of hot water for everyone's shower. I really loved my time in New Hampshire and would come back in a heartbeat! I would definitely stay at this home!!

Our stay was uncomfortable since it is listed as having AC but there are only 2 AC window units and they are in the living room and hallway so it was uncomfortable to sleep there. We ended up buying multiple fans to move the air around. The stairs leading to the second floor are just dangerous as the transition on the top step is not the same height as the rest of the stairs and our elderly father had a serious injury when he misjudged the height and fell. The house was otherwise in good condition but with the lack of response from the owner, i would not use this property again.

As a larger group with a range of ages, this house and location were perfect! The bedroom arrangements made it easy to situate the 3 families and guests we had traveling with us. We were up for NASCAR weekend and loved the easy ride to the track. While the house is nicely tucked away, it is also only minutes from shopping. The house offered so much to do (games/chess provided, children's toys, plenty of space for corn hole and even some wiffle ball in the cul-de-sac, or sitting on the deck enjoying the view). We loved our stay!

It was a great house with amazing views of the lake! No air conditioners in yet, but still early in the season. Hosts had an amazing portfolio of things to do in the area along with helpful info about the house

A group of 6 women had the best weekend away at this house— so many beautiful details and well-thought out amenities. We loved the deck and hot tub, kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and linens were clean and soft. Close to restaurants, Winnesquam lake, and only a 20 min drive to other activities on Winnipesaukee.

This house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We felt very at home there, celebrating a birthday weekend. The view off the deck and back of the house was amazing. Vickie was so easy to communicate with, and all the nice touches provided (soaps, toiletries, sound machines in the bedrooms, quality of bedding and towels), made us feel like we were at a 5-star hotel. Check in was easy and everything was smooth. We definitely want to come back!
