About this apartment rental
Just a 5 minute walk from the Roosevelt light rail station, this spacious, 2 bedroom apartment is at a nexus for urban and natural amenities. On the top floor of a classic craftsman home, it overlooks a tree-lined boulevard. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, induction cook top, oven, and full size fridge. Newly renovated with washer and dryer in unit. It is walking distance to parks, a Whole Foods grocery store, and many restaurants and other fun destinations.
The space:
There are custom and artistic touches throughout the space. The front porch offers a pleasant sanctuary overlooking the boulevard: perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The TV includes a Firestick so you can easily log into your personal steaming accounts. Owners live and work onsite, happy to respond to any questions.
Guest access
Just 5 blocks from the new Roosevelt Light Rail station, you'll be able get to and from the airport in under an hour regardless of traffic! Downtown is just a 10 minute ride. Some guests have found it cheaper to rent a car from the Avis/Budget car rental one block away rather than shuttling around a busy airport.
If you wish, I will grind organic coffee fresh the day you arrive. Caffeinated or decaf, just let me know. Otherwise, Urban Luxe Cafe is right around the corner and Herkimer Coffee, just up the street. And wonderful nearby restaurants too numerous to mention; I'll send you a detailed list on request.
University District Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 9 - 2.
We offer 2 off street parking spots and there is usually free all day street parking available nearby.
Other things to note:
NO CHORES! As our guests, there is no to-do list at check-out.
All bedding and towels are 100% cotton.
We are meticulous about cleaning.
Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
Please contact me if you need flexibility in your arrival or departure or anything else.
No such thing as a stupid question ~ just ask!

The place was super close to u village and campus and was adorable. The whole place had fans and AC units making it a dream in the summer heat. Our host was great and took care of everything for us! No cleaning, and she even ground us some fresh coffee!

We enjoyed our stay at Ravennity. The location was great- near Green Lake, bus lines, light rail, and groceries. We biked to the Burke-Gilman trail and took the light rail into the city center. The apartment was comfortable and the host very welcoming. We appreciated the laundry facilities and freshly ground coffee.

We were looking for a 2 bedroom near public transit - and this place was perfect. Wynia is the most amazing host. She helped us figure out our way around our different transit options, while leaving our car in their driveway. the apartment is clean and cozy. Very highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time visiting family in Seattle. Wynia was a fabulous host. She was available if we needed anything and the space was private yet close to essentials like the park, restaurants and the grocery store. Everything was provided and we really appreciated the AC as it was hot during our stay. We just had to show up and enjoy!

Could not have had a nicer stay! Wynia was such a thoughtful host, and the apartment was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed plus extras. We enjoyed the many Roosevelt neighborhood restaurants as well as being so close to the light rail station, Green Lake, and the University. Would enthusiastically recommend this place to others and stay again!

We stayed in Wynia’s beautiful space for three nights during a trip back to visit Seattle neighborhoods where we used to live after many years away. After our stay here, we moved to a 4-star hotel downtown that a friend gifted us. The only problem? Everyone wished we were still tucked cozily in this Ravenna retreat, enjoying the smell of the linden blossoms, sleeping in the comfy beds, waking up to make French press coffee with fresh grounds, and relaxing on the front porch after a run on one of the many nearby paths. Our teens begged to go back! We had no problem finding delicious food (Wynia provided a great list of suggestions) and convenient transportation (the 1 line is blocks away, for those like us who don’t have a car). The space was immaculate, fully stocked, and decorated with color and art. We feel so lucky!

This unit is SO CUTE. My two friends and I stayed overnight and Wynia was such a delight to talk to! The unit was very clean, she supplied a few little snacks, and provided very thorough directions on where to park and how to access the unit.

This was a perfect location for us, close to both Green Lake and the University District. The apartment has everything that you need, along with some beautiful decorative artwork. I appreciated the tea options that were available. We enjoyed meeting our host, and she was happy to make recommendations. When we had an issue or question, she responded quickly. We would love to stay here when we visit again!

Wynia (the host) was always very responsive and checked in us often to make sure everything was going well. She even made sure we had enough coffee to last through the trip.
Overall, we'd highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting UW and the surrounding area!

Incredibly comfortable and beautifully done apartment in a fantastic location for visiting northeast Seattle. Everything was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, the beds were roomy and the bathroom was spacious. The attention to detail and the care put in to restoring this historic Arts & Crafts home and apartment are very impressive. We stayed here with our two young children who shared a large double bed and felt perfectly comfortable. And the location was perfect for visiting all of our favorite spots in Ravenna/Bryant, the University District, Green Lake and Phinney Ridge. The host was super helpful with our booking and it was very cool to be greeted by her in her studio at the front of the property. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.
