We drove from WI to bring our son to school at UNM and visit with family. This was a perfect home away from home. All theee beds were comfortablelo ed that each room had TVs. Easy access to everything we needed. The view was spectacular, especially while enjoying coffee watching the sunrise behind the mountains. We will be back to visit our son, and really hope the house is available when we do.

The pictures on the website do not do justice. This place is so nice and working with the host was so easy and he was super responsive when I reached out to him. I would definitely refer others to this beautiful home, next time they are visiting Albuquerque!

The place felt and looked like a mini resort with the towels rolled and put on display. Each room had its own option for privacy and there was a jacuzzi in the main bath. Check in and out was so very easy. It’s close to restaurants and stores. Definitely would recommend with places to walk nearby and the view of the Sandia mountain is breathtaking.

Enjoyed the patio with view of Sandias, full moon rising above them in evening. Neighborhood was very quiet. House size perfect. Thank you for you hospitality.

The backyard was great and i appreciated the bag of ice in the freezer. The beds however were horrible and sunk in the middle of all three beds. The master bathroom was not clean and had small ants crawling on the bathroom counter. The neighborhood was great but would not stay here again.

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to most locations in town. The views of the sunrise over the mountain are beautiful.
The bed (we only used master) was very comfortable with nice linens.
We ate out so didnt make use of thw kitchen like we could have except for coffee maker.
A New Mexico travel guide was left which was very thoughtful.
In the morning one can see the hot air balloons travel over the neighborhood.
In general, we loved New Mexico, the sites, restaurants (had some great sopapillas), we loved the people and having a clean, great location to base ourselves out of was the icing on the cake.

This property was exactly as listed, effortless check-in / check-out process, and responsive owners. We enjoyed reading in the sunny backyard, and using the walk-run path that backs up to the property. Comfy beds, stylish decor, all the kitchenware we needed. Thank you!

The home was lovely and perfect for the 6 adults who were staying there. Patio provided beautiful viewing night and day. Woke up to balloon launches almost every day. The owner provided wood and starter for fire pit which was a blast with visiting family. They also allowed us to download a streaming app so that we could watch our daughter compete in a color guard competition live. Thanks so much Cesar! Suggestions for improvement: some extra bath, hand and kitchen towels and wash cloths (for kitchen and bath) so you don't have to do laundry as much (2 or 4 people might be okay but 6 were stretched). Maybe some non-breakable cups to use when on the patio..we were always nervous taking glassware outside. A couple of extra sheet sets would be nice as well - the person sleeping on the hideabed didn't have sheets. Thanks for the supplies, paper goods and responsiveness. We would definitely stay here again.Owners took care of our needs!

It was a wonderful property for us to be able to visit with our son!! Very clean! There were a few issues that were addressed to the owner and were responded to promptly...nothing that prevented a great stay though!!

We were in town for a few days to check out the town and see a soccer match. Our family of three stayed here and found it to be exactly what we were looking for.
The house is not in the downtown/central part of Albuquerque which we liked because we wanted things a bit more tranquil when we were home. Despite not being downtown we found that everything we wanted to do was no more than a 15-20 minutes away and very easily accessible.
The house itself was extremely clean and felt ready for our arrival. We were there during a MAJOR heatwave and when we arrived the house’s air conditioning was on and the house was comfortable. A little touch like this made all the difference to us after such a long hot day and drive.
The house is comfortable and has all of the amenities you could want. While not terribly fancy everything felt new and well maintained.
Not sure if we will ever pass this way again but if we did we would definitely stay again if they would have this.

Very clean, well stocked, lovely home. The only thing we found wanting in this property was, we where not allowed to use the garage. I considered this a safety issue, for two women traveling. Otherwise, a wonderful home.

The accommodations were excellent and aesthetically pleasing. It was a quiet neighborhood and made us feel as if we were in a home-away-from-home.

I stayed here for a couple of night getaway with friends. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and it was a nice place to hang out when we were not out and about. The kitchen is well stocked with a regular coffee maker with a Keurig option. My only comment would be that the chairs in the eat-in kitchen were a bit oversized for the space, but they were comfortable. There is a nice view from the backyard and the neighborhood felt safe. There is a shopping center with a grocery store, Starbucks and restaurants within a short walk or drive.

My family of 5 stayed here for Spring Break in ABQ, and we loved this place. Dining and shopping options nearby. 15 minutes from downtown. Cool hike and bike trail right behind the property. Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. It's a great spot, and we hope to visit again sometime.

Clean, safe, well stocked with necessities. Nice patio area, view of the mountains, and access to a pedestrian path. We had a great stay in Albuquerque!
