Overall it was what we expected, Jonathan was a very attentive host !
5.0 / 5.0
From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Jonathan was generous and very responsive. The cottage was easy to find and very private. Inside was spacious, great view and lots of bedding for my spouse, me, sons, partners and grandkids. Beds were comfy, the kitchen well appointed.

Our family and friends really enjoyed our stay here. The kayaks and canoe allowed some of us to explore out on the water on our own or with a kid. And the large board game variety inside added to the fun on a rainy day.

Beautiful cottage. Comfortable living space. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans what you need to make meals. Amazing boathouse and sauna. Ping pong came in hand during the rain. The only issue we had is that the basement does have a musty smell and for folks with allergies this impacted enjoyment.

The description of this cottage really doesn't do it justice. It is absolutely perfect. It is on a huge and very private lot, the kitchen is super well stocked, it is airy and bright. The best part is probably the roof of the boat house which is totally glassed in, you can sit up there all day and watch the world go by. The dock and kayaks were great and there is a swimming platform. I can't think of anything that we would have wanted for. There is also a great space for movie watching and a really clean and big bbq with multiple indoor and outdoor places to eat.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage. There was lots of room for everyone, we were a family of 8 adults and 3 children. The host was very nice, and easy to contact if we needed anything. We spent almost every day sitting on the beautiful deck over the boathouse, and swiming in the lake. My dad was out on the dock everyday with his camping chair, fishing until the sun went down. He actually managed to catch quite a few fish righ off the dock. The kids really enjoyed the bunkbeds, and spent a lot of time swimming, and going out on the kayaks that were provided. The fire pit was wonderful, and we ended every night with a campfire. It was a wonderful week relaxing with family in a really beautiful slice of Muskoka. We made lots of great memories, thank you for having us.

Property is exactly as listed and communication with host is top notch! We loved and spent all of our time at the boathouse. Lake is beautiful and clean, great swimming and boating. No weeds and water is clear. Water is deep off the dock which makes it great for just jumping in. Great space for a larger group. Host was attentive and responsive. Karen
