I had a nice spacious room, however we had trouble getting hot water. The guy who worked the bar was so helpful and got it to work. The sink kept spitting out water when we turned it on it was like there was air in the lines. The sink was very slow to drain and had standing water when the water was turned off. We had to catch an early train and they packed scones for us to eat. The hand towels had holes and the duvet was torn. This property has so much potential but needs some maintenance to make it worth the money.

Great little place. Quiet street and easy to park. Service was lovely and adjoining restaurant had great options. Breakfast delicious and room was a lovely size with great comfort.

We loved the Allan Park Hotel. The staff was welcoming, bright and cheery. Room was clean and filled with light. Beautiful moulding and wallpaper in our room. Bed was comfy. We loved that it is family owned. We will stay at the Allan Park again.

This lovely old house was so charming and quiet. We easily walked to Baker Street for a great dining experience. Breakfast was tasty will lovely staff.

Very nice room that was clean and comfortable. We needed to check in a bit early and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included and we ate dinner there, which was very good. Overall it was a nice place to stay, well worth the fair price.

A good base for investigating Stirling and visiting the Castle. Staff were welcoming and professional and the accomodation comfortable . The restaurant and bar were good and breakfast was excellent

We had to arrive after hours. We contacted the property and advised them of this and they made arrangements for us to get the keys after the office was closed. Though there was a slight smell in the hall on the way to the room, the room itself was very clean and there was no smell. They had even left some treats in the room for us which was a very nice touch after a long day on the train. The room was well decorated and very welcoming, which was exactly what we needed after our long journey. We were a bit late for checkout but they still provided breakfast for us even though we were late. The dining room was clean, warm and welcoming and the food was piping hot and delicious. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Richard Peloquin

I loved my stay at Allan Park. Every single staff member was kind and helpful … the building is stately, the room and restaurant are beautifully decorated . It is also walking distance to many restaurants , I would definitely stay here again

This is our fourth trip to Stirling and we have stayed at the Allan Park for the last three times which says it all , nice big en-suite rooms with heating multi channel tvs tea coffee biscuits etc and toiletries plus a couple of chairs to Reno after a long day , the breakfast is probably the best we have had It as a large rear car park , 5 minutes walking to town 15 minutes walking to the railway station

Excellent location and the staff could not be more helpful. The young lady on breakfast service was very pleasant and could not do enough to make my breakfast enjoyable, much like the young man behind the bar when I ordered my drink and evening meal. A hotel is only as good as its staff and all staff I came into contact with were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The food was also excellent! I will definitely book this one again when I’m next travelling this way. My only small gripe was the position of the shelf in the shower, it was at a height where it came into contact with my head a couple of times while washing my hair. That being said I can live with it.

Fabulous place ideal location for shopping and restaurants definitely use this again staying in Stirling . Slight problem with plumbing but easily sorted with another bathroom. Food excellent. Real treat! Staff extremely friendly and helpful!

Amazing one night stay for a birthday celebration. Room “alder” nicely kitted out, clean and nice gesture with Pringles and caramel wafers to welcome you. Only downside was high bath to step into for shower and no actual chair only stools in the room. We had drinks and dinner at the hotel too. Excellent experience, with great food and friendly staff. Great gluten free options at both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended

Would have given 5 stars but the water faucets leaked, no working fan in bathroom, and there were no comfortable chairs in the room. The staff and services provided were EXCELLENT!

Had a lovely 2 nights at Allan Park. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Had problem with heating but it was sorted straight away. Breakfast was best breakfast we’d had in a hotel for a long time. Everything cooked fresh. Service great too. Would definitely go back.

After the first few nights, the water bottles and snacks stopped, but we purchased our own when we went out. Excellent breakfast and great, comfortable bed, very courteous staff. Will stay again when we get back to Scotland.

The hotel is in a great location, and the food served at the restaurant upstairs is really good. That’s where all the pros end. The internet did not work for us well or at all (neither the wifi nor our phones signal). The bathroom is very outdated. The room itself was very hot (and we were there in October) and there was only a tiny fan provided that didn’t help much. I have stayed in better three-star accommodations. Would not recommend.

Arrived early, we needed to change for an event and the staff provided a room for us to change. Very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast included, extensive breakfast menu. Great decor and a really beautiful place. Safe parking behind the property. Enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Also left some complimentary snacks which was a lovely touch. We are in the pub for dinner and the food was also good. Would definitely stay again.
