The room and bathroom were spotless. Really comfertable room with everything we needed. Huge bathroom. Great location in Alnwick. Owners were lovely and gave us everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommended.

Wonderful 2 night stay at the coach house in the tack room. The host David was extremely helpful especially when I got lost en route really appreciated his help. The room itself is immaculately clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a getaway. Such a welcome arrival with a pot of tea, fresh milk and cake. The breakfast was beautiful and there could not have been a better selection in just 2 days breakfasts we ate salmon and eggs, full breakfast, bacon sandwhiches, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, juice, toast - all cooked and served to perfection also delivered to room at exactly the requested time. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone considering a trip this way.

We had a lovely two night stay in the Groom's Loft at the Coach house, the room had everything we needed and the bathroom is large with both a bath and large shower. Dave and Bev are great welcoming hosts and the cup of tea and cake on arrival were most appreciated. Tasty breakfast with plenty choice and locally sourced ingredients. The house is in a ideal location and it was good to be able to park and walk into the town in about 15 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. There were lots of little extra touches from tea and cake when we arrived to glasses of sherry in our room. They had thought of everything and it was an easy walk to everything we wanted to visit in Alnwick. We'd highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was excellent with lovely, friendly hosts. Extensive breakfast menu, all locally sourced and excellently cooked. Great location for town centre shopping, bars and restaurants (7mins walk), also for the castle and gardens. Can highly recommend this property.

This is our fourth stay at The Coach House and everything about our stay was excellent. David and Bev are exceptional hosts. High quality linen and towels. Terrific breakfast choices. Every taste catered for. Nothing too much trouble. Can’t wait to go back again.

Well situated quiet accommodation within easy walking distance of beautiful Alnwick. We stayed in the beautifully appointed Groom’s room which is upstairs in the owners home. It was spacious with a very comfy bed, a sofa, lovely quality furnishings and a table just outside the room where a perfect breakfast was served. David and Bev our hosts were so welcoming and have thought of everything. Absolutely no complaints as everything was top notch and we look forward to returning and hopefully stay in their Tack room which has an outside seating area.

Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming, with good local knowledge. The accommodation was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, excellent shower in a large private bathroom (and a bath too). An excellent breakfast was served in a separate private space. Couldn't fault it and would certainly return

I cannot say enough good things about The Coach House! Mr. David and his wife are so lovely and so kind (their homemade breakfasts are incredible as well!). We stayed in the Tack Room and it was perfect. It had everything we needed and was quite nice to return to every evening. The location was within easy reach of everything we wanted to do. I could probably go on and on about all of the things we loved, but I’ll just say that we highly recommend that others stay here. Our first experience in England was absolutely wonderful, and The Coach House played a great role in that!

A wonderful stay in a lovely unit which was exactly as the photos showed. David (the owner) met us to show us the parking and explained the layout of the space. The breakfast choice was amazing and served at a time to suit us. Extremely comfortable and walking distance down to the town.

Perfect location. Very friendly greeting with tea & cake after a long journey. Everything provided that you could possibly need. Large bathroom with bath and powerful shower. Plenty of space including a table to eat breakfast and a seating area to read and watch tv. Immaculate throughout!

We stayed in the Groom’s loft which was a lovely room, with a very comfortable bed, a settee, a small fridge and all the little extras you could need. Breakfast is brought to you to enjoy in your own little dining area just outside the bedroom. The choices for breakfast were excellent and they catered really well for our dairy and gluten intolerances. The bathroom is very luxurious and has a large shower as well as a large bath (perfect for soaking after a day walking!). Alnwick is a great base to explore the area and we will definitely be back to the Coach House. David and Bev are the perfect hosts and you certainly feel nothing is too much trouble for them to help you have a perfect holiday.

Have just stayed at the Coach House Alnwick for 3 nights. Very clean ,comfortable & superb breakfast. Well situated for Alnwick Gardens & Castle & the Northumberland coast. Would definitely recommend.

10/10! I don’t have one bad thing to say about our stay, it was absolutely perfect. We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding at the Alnwick gardens. The hosts were very welcoming and made us a pot of tea once we arrived after a very long drive. Room was a brilliant size with a huge bathroom, it’s silent at night so you get a brilliant nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Alnwick to book this B&B!!

Fantastic hospitality from the owners. Couldn't be more helpful. Tea and cake on arrival too! Very comfortable accommodation to a high specification. Well positioned for all the Alnwick attractions. An excellent cooked breakfast served to order by the owner David each morning in the private garden patio.

I had an amazing stay at Coach House. David and Beverly were very welcoming and nothing was a bother. It was very clean and comfortable. It is a five minute walk into the town itself. The coach house is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Breakfast was amazing and very tasty. I was able to use the Coach House as a base to visit the surrounding area. I would highly recommend a stay at the Coach House.

Had an excellent 2 days stay at the Coach House in Alnwick Accommodation was very nice with a large room with a separate bathroom with bath and shower next door. Veey earm and cosy. Breakfast was served on a small table on the landing. Bev and David couldn't have been nicer. Friendly and welcoming from the call before we areived giving navigation instructions to the carrot cake and take that was waiting when we arrived. Breakfast were lovely and if yiu wanted a cup of tea or coffee dueing the day they were provided with a smile. One poi t to note is that satnav instructions send you up a lane at the rear of the property. Better to listen to David to go in the front! Woll definitely return ret in the future when we are next down in Alnwick

Lovely apartment, beautifully presented & very well equipped. Private garden/patio area is a real bonus when the sun shines! Hosts David & Bev are extremely welcoming, friendly & attentive without being intrusive. The choice & quality of food at breakfast is excellent Great location…tucked away down a peaceful lane but only a short walk into Alnwick town centre & within easy driving distance of all the Northumberland coastal attractions. Really fantastic. Great to have a room with great facilities and still get a lovely breakfast. Very welcome to relax in the room after a very long walk. The host couldn't be more attentive and friendly – nothing was any trouble. Personal thanks for their generous charity donation too. Recommend to call ahead to arrange parking, as the entry to the property is via a narrow lane – nevertheless easy parking is only a few steps away. Location is great, it’s a very short walk to the town and very quiet area. Wonderful.

We had an amazing stay. The Tack room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The facilities including a sitting area and kitchen were superb and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. And the icing on the cake were the little extras by the hosts - the tea and cake on arrival and the breakfast each morning were amazing! The quality of ingredients and attention to detail when serving could not be faulted. Thanks for making our stay so special.

The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Having your own kitchen and sitting area made this larger than most b&b accommodation. Ideally sitaued for exploring Alnwick and the surrounding area. David & Bev made us feel very welcome and their breakfasts were amazing.
