5 out of 10 due to the great view

The view is mind blowing especially for couples that like to enjoy seaview. In the bathroom as well, you can enjoy the view. Overall experience i can rate it 5/10

Well first and foremost toothpaste and toothbrush is not provided. I believe every standard hotel or residence will provide this, but unfortunately they didn't provide this here. The bathtub is clean however doesn't come with heater function so i am soaking in cold water. The aircond was located in places where the airflow don't direct to the bed. It was not cold and i remember sweating while sleeping.

Good for travel, smooth clean n nature.. Best rooms for me.. Very clean, nice and view at city.. Thanks mr. Alvin.. Best choices for me when came melacca. I will came again and repeat this room

The Cleaner open door without knocking says "cleaner",you already in room but cleaner already keys just open lock without greeting.. Not to safe for your items.. Alert that cleaner women

Good stay i would say.

Very near to the bandaraya melaka. Easy to check in, the management is easy to reach, good communication with the guest. Other facilities like parking, iron board, oven are very excellent.

The toilet is clean, but the toilet bowl is quite smelly, and the sink is a little bit leaking.

eigentlich ein ganz schickes Apartment aber ….

würde hier definitiv nicht nochmal übernachten weil das Personal/ Eigentümer nicht wirklich professionell sind -Haben kein Wechselgeld -Hat uns min. 30-45 min warten lassen und dann hat er uns erst ignoriert - hatten gesagt wir fahren früh morgens los gegen 9 Uhr Handy von der Person war einfach aus und man konnte niemanden erreichen - haben mir zwar mein Geld (Kaution) zurück überwiesen aber zu wenig -WIFI sehr schlecht

REGRET CHOOSING THIS DIRTY PLACE TO STAY, BED BUGS ALL OVER THE BED!!!

The bathtub and location

I do NOT recommend staying at this place, company “vnv Melaka” is untrustworthy. I stayed at Unit B-21-32, the bed apparently had a lot of bed bugs and super unclean. I only realised this after waking up with bed bug bites all over my body. I arrived before 12am and was so tired, just wanted to sleep, did not even notice the bed was full of bedbugs. How unlucky for me to have chosen to stay at a place like this. I REGRET choosing this place!!! Horrendous stay, how can you not clean the bed before customers come and stay?? One of the power plugs malfunctioned too and it was dangerous to use. Please also do not use their clothes iron, it is unclean and stained my white work shirt. Dirty bed, seriously, I do NOT recommend!!!

Overall good and would recommend for the price range compared to other hotels that we looked at. If you’re looking for a

very comfortable, spacious, good facilities including kitchen and dining area, good value for money, lovely balcony with view, very nice modern decoration and furniture.

I would rather have paid through booking.com than PayPal as it seemed a bit dodgy. TV does not work. ceiling fan doesn’t work (although AC does after playing around with it). No safe to put belongings in. Walls are very thin so can be noisy during the night. We weren’t allowed to use the swimming pool for the length of our 3 day stay as security told us no every time (I’m not sure why)

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, you can find many restaurant nearby.

You may find out it is a bit scary during night as the shopping mall under the condo is not operate at all and the water is a bit dirty if you want to use the bathtub. I read the review in the xiao Hong shu for the room I stay and only know previously this room has bad review and this is why their bed sheet is in black colour

Melaka visit

Location was ok.

Room size was not good enough for me ( 3 person). Bathroom was not clean. Amenities in the room was not clean and up to the mark. I will not pay 190 ringgit for this room. May be 100/120 at the most.
