View amazing. Furniture was comfortable. Pillows amazing. Shower was awesome! Bath products great. Fireplace easy to use. Couch comfy. Window-seat was cozy…the staff were all great. Esp enjoyed wine hour, & the bartender - He was grace under pressure remembering different folks’ preferences, loved the non-meat options for snacks & breakfast options. Loved the scrambled eggs in the am option (lots of places do continental breakfast - sooo much bread, pass) loooved the tea in the room (went in to Pat’s while there!) Enjoyed those yummy cookies! Super responsive front desk - thanks for the “pillow top” foam pad - really did help!
Had trouble finding the Spa on the website. Not sure if it was just my mobile version or what, but would’ve liked to use that…it would be NICE if it were easier to find or more prominently displayed that you don’t have to book a treatment to use it. The AC &/or fan was intense we were chilly 🥶 all the time. So much that we turned it off our last night & opened our small window by the window-seat…but the air was still last night & we got HOT being on the 4th floor so hesitant thinking of booking again…it was a REAL problem.

The location was beautiful, staff was friendly, it was easy to communicate with the hotel via text message, commplimentary car service was nice but we did not use, breakfast was nice, as well as the cocktail hour.
There were small details that were lacking that when paying as much as the room costs I would have expected would be included/higher quality.

Everything was perfect

The Cannery is simply fabulous. Our room was eye level with ships passing on the Columbia River — an amazing experience! It is a beautifully designed intimate hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and stocked with coffee, tea, toiletries, bathrobes etc. There was a giant bathtub with an actual river view!
The staff is super friendly and they provide the coolest (complementary!) shuttle service into town in vintage autos. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place with friendly staff! An abundant wildlife viewing area. it was a lot of fun watching the ships come in as well.

Our room was large and very comfortable. The view of the river was unbeatable and we really loved having a fireplace for the chilly PNW evenings. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and friendly. We really enjoyed the 5pm wine hour at the bar and having use of the complimentary chauffeur service. This was a 10/10 stay!
It was hard to figure out the shower settings because there were so many knobs. It would have been nice to have some kind of instruction card that showed which knob controlled what.

It is a nice clean hotel with a great location on the river to watch the ships go by. We appreciated the complimentary car service and driver.
The walls and doors were thin, so the room was very noisy. We had to listen to slamming doors at all hours so we didn't get very good sleep. Neighbors above us were loud, too. On our last night, there was a fight in the hallway 4 rooms down, although it sounded like it was right outside our door. There was screaming, the most disgusting language, and beating on their door that actually shook our door. It went on for at least an hour, and the police had to be involved. I requested to talk to the manager about it the next morning because it was so disturbing I barely slept all night, but nobody called me back.

The location is awesome. To be able to just relax and watch the ships come in was very cool.
Although the room was clean, it could have been a bit better.

Room, location, & view were fantastic. Very clean and staff very friendly.
Breakfast was more like an afterthought. Not very good! The room was beautiful, but the bed was a little firm for both of us. We woke up with sore hips!

The views are amazing! Even from the shower and bathtub, you can look out to the river. The fireplace makes it warm and cozy. The hot tub and wine hour were lovely. The bed is nice, but the bathroom is even better!
Breakfast could've had a few more options.
