Modern facilities, distance to attractions, free breakfast
Room given was located on the third floor, has so many steps. Had to pay additional 3 euros per night for a room at the second floor.
Checkout time: Was asked to pay 10 euros for city tax. Showed him my printed booking receipt that already included this tax. I had to pay.
My help to call for taxi: he said that he did not have a number to call though there is a sign for “Taxi” near the Reception Desk. He finally decided to walk with me outside of the Berdaine Gate where I got a taxi.

This Riad was incredibly beautiful.
The owner and his wife were absolutely fabulous. Always smiling and helpful.
The Riad was very clean
The room came with A/C which was great as the temperatures soared into the 100's F/40's C
Delicious, varied breakfast
The location was close to everything
Hot water with decent flow
The beds were hard, but every place we stayed in Morocco it was the same. I put my camping mat on top and was fine.

Our host was wonderful. He spoke English and Spanish. Breakfast was great. We had 2 rooms on 2 different floors. Both were roomy and comfortable. I loved being in the old part of town. We loved being surrounded by the mosques and hearing the call to prayer. The air conditioning was amazing.

Everything was fine - delightful and comfortable place, beautifully arranged, located inside the medina; very helpful and open staff, tasty breakfast, cleanliness, organization of space
There was nothing like that

Super friendly and helpful staff :)
4.3
The room was enormous, which I hadn't expected. I was unfortunately unwell while staying here but the staff were really nice and helpful throughout. The breakfast was also nice - the same breakfast as we experienced at other hotels in Morocco but with an interesting porridge also. We stayed two nights and our room was cleaned in this time which was also a lovely surprise.
The EUR to Dirham exchange rate was different to elsewhere so the cost of the room was more than I had expected. If booking again, I would have chosen a smaller but cheaper room as it was unnecessarily big. It was also on the ground floor with the windows opening into the foyer of the hotel, so it felt like our privacy was limited a bit. The only window to the outside was in the bathroom but was too high up to be able to open.

Friendly staff who were very attentive. Beautiful riad. They allowed us to hangout in the common areas after checkout due to a nighttime bus. We ordered dinner and it was delicious. Owner even drove us to the bus station.
