Superb

The host was super helpful, the apartment is in a perfect location - very central but quiet. Property well maintained and very clean!

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like per se. Perhaps a better mattress and pillows would be welcome but that was not a big deal

Very good

Host Josip was unbelievably helpful, providing us with with information about split and going that extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and at home. He kept in touch during our stay and helped with anything we needed. 10/10 would highly recommend and planning to stay again soon

Great location. Josip is a great host, very helpful with quick answers. Very clean apartment.

No windows where you can see out in the room.

Nice place for a short stay

The host, Jossip, is a very friendly and considerate young guy. He made sure we did not miss him either for check in or check out and helped with the bags. The place is clean with all the amenities you may need for a short stay. There’re three rooms in total, each with its private bathroom, only the kitchen is shared so you can be pretty comfortable. The location is within an easy walking distance from probably every place you may need to visit in Split

Simple apartment at nice location nearby city center.

Bathroom was big enough, hot and cold water in shower was ok, location nearby Split center, very well secured entrance, wifi is good quality

Common kitchen was really small, rain shower could not be used, explanation about parking was not clear, very odd blanket on bed.

So near to center, just 7min and u are inside old town Inside will find everything for cooking, cleaning, washing, even it is common space for 3 rooms everything can be found Very quite room 5min walk to bus station, where bus 37 to airport arrives/departs

No balcony or rope for drying stuff after the beach, it should be dried inside room or bathroom Window to the courtyard- pluses no noise, no hot sun/minuses no day light, no view at all

Exceptional

Easy to finder. Host was there for me despite my train being delayed in a place with no signal so couldn’t contact him about it. Great central location near all shops ATM chemist etc. Shower was nice area. He even had a large bottle if his homemade sherry which was like kissing the lips of a goddess beautiful:)

Spacious apartment near the old town

Excellent location: close to the beach and the old town (approx. 10-15min walk), a good size and clean apartment, with very comfortable beds, we had a very good sleep! The apartment is on the low ground floor, which worked well for us, a family with small children, but it’s better to know in advance, in case you anticipate to have a nice view out of the window. The owner is very helpful and responded to all our messages and requests without any delay. Certainly recommend to stay here.
