This property should be taken off booking.com as no human being deserves the inhumane living conditions.

Nothing. The property is a joke. Zero customer service.

The property is experiencing multiple issues. The heating is non-functional, forcing me to sleep with my coat on. When I contacted the customer service number associated with the booking, the advisor displayed extreme rudeness and lacked empathy. His response suggested a complete disregard for our well-being, stating that the heating has been malfunctioning for two years and regulates automatically. Despite being in the hotel since 3:00 PM, by midnight, the temperature had significantly dropped, causing extreme coldness. Additionally, the bedsheets appeared unkempt and unironed, and the duvet provided is notably light. The inconvenience extends to the location of the toilet, which is situated 50 meters away from the room, requiring a considerable walk for bathroom use. Furthermore, the letterbox cannot close, creating an opening that allows cold air into the house. This morning there was no running hot water to shower with. All efforts to reach the property didn’t yield results as the calls were going straight to voicemail. The exterior of the property is neglected, contributing to an unkempt appearance, giving the impression of abandonment. Given these numerous issues, I would strongly advise against booking this place, as it offers no value for money, and the experience is highly regrettable. Booking.com should take the property off their website as no human being deserves this inhumane living conditions.

Nothing at all

No one responded to my telephone calls....total lack of customer care and worse of all on the very top of a very steep hill....I turned away and refused to use this place....my advice people STAY CLEAR

Zimmer war ok! Einfach aber sauber

Küche war schlecht ausgestattet! Wesentliche Dinge Geschirr, Besteck, Reinigungsutensilien fehlten! Zustand lässt zu Wünschen übrig!

Very unpleasant and unenjoyable.

The location was as expected.

The exterior of the house looked as if no one lived there. Rubbish had been left by the front door for some time obviously. My bed linen was soiled with stains on it and the bathroom was dirty. Live cables were hanging from the ceiling where someone had obviously torn the smoke detector off. I would never stay here again.

I stayed one night out the 4 and found other accommodation as was not staying there any longer

Bathroom was disgusting, hair and scum in the shower on the tiles, think this place is a bed sit as people was leaving there toothpaste toothbrushes and other items in the bathroom . The entrance hall was in very bad state paint missing off the walls , windows in the room mould on them

The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and spacious but the kitchen was a disaster.

The staff was quick to reply my messages. The room was very spacious and the bathroom is very clean.

The kitchen sink was filled with unwashed dishes. The oven was broken and it is very dangerous to turn on the stove as you need to use a lighter to light it up.

Close to where we were going that evening, bed was comfortable.

Had a nightmare with getting into the place, but the manager was good and let us late check out free of charge. Cheap and cheerful. :)

It was dirty and felt like in a student accommodation and shared bathroom at the back of house had to walk through shared dining room and kitchen to get to!! No lock on toilet door. Dishes in sink and cupboards very dirty

Disappointing

Only thing I liked was that it was cheep

Toilet seat was broken. There was a full rubbish bin in the kitchen. The garden was a total mess . And people were having sex in the kitchen before I was leaving

Feels very unsafe, don't recommend

The shower was okay, so long as no-one else flushed a toilet or turned a tap on. The room was fairly clean, except for the mould around the window and the little black bugs everywhere.

This place feels unsafe. All the fire alarms have been damaged or broken so they don't work. My guess is so people can smoke inside without the alarm going off. The toilet downstairs has no lock and as it's a space shared with other guests, who are mostly men, this is creepy. There are little black bugs everywhere, especially the bathroom. The windows didn't lock properly. The parking outside is mostly permit holders only, with 3 hours for non-permit holders. The steps to get up to the front door are very steep, and the handrail fell over when I grabbed it to steady myself. The only way to secure the front door is to lock it from the inside with the key - so if there's a fire you must remember your key and choose the right one or you'll be trapped inside. Do not recommend unless it's a choice of this or sleeping in your car.

Good location.Comfy bed.No storage in fridge & shared bathroom with annoying guests.

The bed was comfy and room large enough .I was exhausted most of my time ,so the bed was quite good for my back and sleep 🛌 .It was a big room and it overlook the road and a nearby nice block of flats

I had to get some storage for my wedding cake 🎂 I was told by the guy /support there that the fridge was big enough.When I arrived the fridge was jammed pack and I couldn’t get none of my boxes/cake in them .I quickly had to call the reception host to store it in their fridge.They was quite accommodating and helped a lot .It was a large room and they coulda put a small fridge or big fridge in that room .Bed was fine but open place to hang your close .It coulda be brig enough .They stairs to the front door is quite steep .The heating comes on at set times .If wasn’t for the help of one guest who told me how to turn the dials to get heating .I got to keep running downstairs to do so & it only comes on for a certain time.They shower/ bathroom and toilet was in one room .Ii just started to use it & kept getting something banging to use it too .I took my time as I just entered .I think I saw another one downstairs but it person kept banging the door even when I said I am using it .Lots of foreign occupiers that don’t speak proper English .If u want somewhere to lay your head fine but no storage in the fridge at all .Hope this helped you.

I did not enjoy my stay

I hate everything about this property. it is nothing but a scam. it’s a shared apartment and should be on places like gumtree or managed by a property agent. no blender in the apartment.

the house is on the hill. only suitable for people with car very stressful to climbing the hills
