Room was big, had everything you needed. Hot breakfast included. Only complaint was had to pay additional for parking.

I definitely would never stay there again and regret booking. The hotel was filthy. Our room was filthy. You can tell they've never cleaned the baseboards. Every ledge had layers of dust on it. The floor was filthy. I could have managed all that the door to the hall had a 2-in gap. Not only that you could hardly close the door without slamming it shut or pulling it hard as you could open. It seemed like every door was that way because all you heard was slamming morning tonight. Hardly got any sleep that insulation has to be non-existent. You can hear everyone on the walls next to you and above you. I would not recommend staying here. It looks like a nice hotel company bought it. Old crappy hotel did minimal renovations. But the building itself is outdated and you can tell when you try to lay down at night and hear everything in the hotel

The hotel is decent, but tge room wasn't clean, we found an old socks on the floor, besides, there is dust on the backside of the table. The curtain of the shower was ripped. The door o the room was broken, very hard to open.

The room was unclean, i cut my hand on a broken chair . The room was very runned down. But the people were amazing and service was great. Need to remodel before someone really gets hurt. I should have went for stiches but bufferflied my cut instead. Again service amazing. Rooms gross and unsafe

This hotel needs a lot of updating. Mattress was filthy on the side. Curtains were off track. Needs dusted. Just in poor condition. Plus $10 parking fee which is ridiculous.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had to ask for shampoo which was empty when we arrived and toilet paper no extra in bathroom only what was on the holder. Hall had chocolate smeared on floor and random papers and a bottle all day. Bathroom shower leaked all over floor despite gobs of caulk in the back corner of shower also ceiling had mold in shower. White splatter marks of not sure what on wall above bed.

Our room was clean and efficiently designed. It was exactly what we needed, a clean and comfy stay after long days of site seeing. Great no frills place if you’re traveling and want a quiet restful place at the end of your day. It’s close to a Walmart and a couple local restaurants. The bed is comfortable. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived, there were several men outside the main entrance drinking beer and some were smoking. It did not make for a pleasant reception upon arrival. My husband made a call to report it. Once we returned from dinner the men had dispersed and everything has been pleasant the remainder of our visit.

We’re booked 2 room,- 1 was clean, and the other room was not to clean and body wash was finished. Pool wasn’t enough heated. And I would recommend to increase the breakfast meal and taste of the coffee and tea. Other stuffs were good,- easy to walk anywhere because of the great location.

Biggest negative: they removed all carpet in favor of hard surface flooring -- nice looking, but lack of padding makes noise level high between floors -- we heard the thumping of feet overhead, as I'm sure they heard us below. Also, the hardscape floors show every crumb -- making the place less clean -- we could see small clusters of debris in every corner!

Not the best as it was noisy in halls and breakfast was so crowded we had no place to sit employee at breakfast was not at all plesant she was huffy with people and seemed unhappy with her job. The room was not as nice as pictured on site it is run down and had holes in the closet door and wall as well. Bathtub was not clean and the shower wall had a dirt smudge on it that was clearly visible very disappointing I am thinking we will steer clear of windam from now on. The trip was not one to brag about here.

It was a room with mold in the AC. My son has allergies and he had a terrible night. We tried to talk with the staff, but they were rude. She said "you have to speak with the manager tomorrow", no solution. Please don't visit this hotel, mold is a serious issue.

Place is falling apart. The dresser drawer does not shut and the front desk staff already knew about this. The clock and phone are not plugged in and any outlet night be behind the bed. There is no bedside lamp which is helpful. There were food takeout containers I assume from previous guests left in our dresser drawer and our tv wasn’t working. The maintenance person came fixed it by connecting the cable box to the tv but the wire was too short so he had to prop it on our ice bucket. Very disappointing overall

Loved the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately. They say it’s 2 blocks to the state park but it’s on the complete opposite end of the waterfalls etc. it was a very long walk. Pool was perfect. Buffet breakfast wasn’t the greatest - pancakes. Sausage and eggs

overall we would stay again - all doors could use some work as none of are level and upon check in they tell you to lift on doors in order to open - a little sanding on top could fix this easily on all interior doors....

Nice property overall. The hotel charges $10 per day for parking, which was not advertised on the listing and is paid separately at check in. I understand parking is a premium in Niagara Falls, but why parking is not included in your stay in their own private lot is beyond me.

While the over-all experience was good, the entry to the room became an issue just few hours after the check-in. The room door wouldn't open easily. The light turns green when the card as swiped. Called the front-desk and they send Mr. Edy to check who was nice and professional. And, since then it was troublesome going back to the front-desk to get into the room. The issue to seems to be known one to every staff but all their solution was to 'lift the handle up' if the light turns green but the lock doesn't open. This doesn't make sense, and I do not understand how they expect the guests to come down again to inform about the lock issue and go up. I saw other guests have similar issues, may be less frequently.

It was a good stay. Our room was clean and neat. The staff there was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is there weren't any good places to eat. We tried the ones close but it wasn't the greatest food. We had to travel 15 to 20 minutes to get good food. Not the hotels fault.

Hotel is near Niagara Falls state park and Canada border, which is great. Breakfast is OK, too many people with limited places to be seated. Parking is great with plenty of parking places. Room inside is OK with room service limited to towels change only during my stay. Outside of room window is full of spiders, kind of Halloween night. There is a swimming pool available in the hotel with 4-side large windows to be visible from outside.

The staff was excellent, BUT my room was not! Entry door and closet door were warped or something…..hard to open and close….had to put some effort into it….the drawers on the storage area kept opening, like it was not level of the floor wasn’t….. bedside lamp kept going on/off, looked at cord, was taped, so we just unplugged it, so nothing bad would happen….not sure if all the rooms need work, but mind sure did! It was in a pretty good location….

Check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of drawer and closet space for 3 people. Room was spacious. Small fridge and microwave. No frills, yet comfortable. Not a lot of choice at breakfast, but coffee was good, there were a few hot choices, cereal, toast, and yogurt. We were able to walk to the American side of the falls with no problem from the hotel. An okay Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel and an A&W just a minute walk away. We were happy with our long weekend stay.
