Lovely place to enjoy Vermont. The condo was well located, clean, and the quechee club amenities were a lot of fun.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as photographed. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We would happily come again.

We stayed at the Saltbox in May 2022 with no issues. This time was a bit different. Pictures don’t show it but condo has been renovated. Nice couches and bathrooms; however the new mattress in the master bedroom was very firm for two 60 year old people. A mattress topper would easily resolve this. We were looking for towels upstairs and found all of them still in the dryer. Also toilet paper stocked in all of the bathroom vanities would be very helpful and prevent a 4:30 AM search to find some in the master bath. A full roll not an almost empty roll in the bathroom would also help. Cleanliness was lacking in the kitchen - dried on food in the refrigerator and freezer drawers as well as the inside dishwasher door which also had a unpleasant odor because of it. House neighborhood is quiet and the view is lovely.

Clean, tidy, well appointed and comfortable

The area is quiet and well kept. The Unit 12F was in great condition, clean and well maintained. Kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures were new and in good working order.
Comfortable beds, plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. We hit a rainy weekend, so wasn't able to use the outside deck/BBQ, but it looked lovely. Check-in was easy, help quickly available by texting.

The condo was very comfortable. Plenty of space. Very clean and bright. Very quiet. A short drive to many destinations. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in this same condo in the ‘80’s and ‘90’s. It is in better shape now. However, there were two things that drove me and my guests crazy. First is the refrig is not level so you have to physically close the door else it will just swing open. Second was the downstairs Roku TV. It has minimal programming, most everything, including local news and weather is by pay subscription. I had my Firestick, but the main, lower TV is not compatible. So no news, except the “talk style” and no sports. Forget any kind of entertainment. This as very frustrating. The master BR LG TV is Firestick compatible. So we’d pile into my bed to watch TV. A nit pick is that the kitchen knives need to be sharpened. If you are there for any length of time, you’ll need a sharp knife sometime. The view is wonderful and the unit is completely air conditioned which is a HUGE plus.

Good value. Convenient location re Hanover, Woodstock and Quechee. Plenty of towels, utensils, etc. Quiet.

Nice unit but not maintained well and it needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

The Saltbox was a great location and set up for our family. The condo was very clean and we were able to settle in no problem even with notice of management company acquisition/transition the week/weekend we arrived. We’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. Wish we were there more than 2 days. Books and games galore and an electric piano. Beds were comfortable!
Shower made a very loud screaming sound but not a big issue.

Lovely condo for a quiet getaway. Condo was plenty spacious for a family of 5 and the complex was very quiet. Perfect for a relaxing family getaway and a just a short drive to restaurants and activities.

It was nice didn’t look the same inside as it did on line. We had trouble with the dryer the refrigerator was not very cold and we had trouble getting on WiFi. The grill on the deck we very dirty so we never used it. The beds were very hard for three people over 70 . We like the location a lot.

The property was clean and the location was ideal for us to attend graduation at Dartmouth. The nearby town of Quechee is quaint and a lovely place to wander for an afternoon or two. Our two disappointments were that there was no cable tv and the bunk beds in the upstairs 2nd bedroom were not comfortable for another adult. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable for a couple.

We chose this place because it looked super peaceful, it was close to most of what our pans were, and gave you plenty of space for a great price! It wasn’t luxurious but it was clean and comfortable. Most of what we came to town to do was based in or around Woodstock and when we compared the amount of space we got with this place to what we would’ve paid for a similar space, or hotel rooms, in Woodstock we felt it was a very fair trade off for a bit of a drive. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

We both work really hard and needed just peace and quiet and we got it

This condo didn't really look fully like the pictures but it was very comfortable and got amazing morning light from the east. A little outdated interior but fit what I needed. Very quiet place. Easy to get to from Boston. Decent price. Very close to various activities.

A nice, comfortable property with a good location. Very nice to have our dog with us!
