Horrible experience. DO NOT consider staying here. In hindsight, I should’ve taken pictures of the roach infestation.

That it was located close to the airport.

A lot!!!! The brightest moment for me was the overnight staff member. She was pleasant and helpful. Other than that, everything else was downhill from her. Most memorable, roaches crawling EVERYWHERE! I was afraid to even open my suitcase. Also, this hotel being one of a few closest to the airport and it being an Extended Stay location there were lots of late night rowdy construction workers and, seemingly, “call girls” on property in the wee hours of the morning. This, among other things led to late night noises and domestic-like disturbances so loud security (or cops) had to be called. I didn’t bother to investigate upon hearing the police-style radio. Besides, I’d FINALLY found a warm spot after having a bone-chilling experience with the room. The air/fan had been blasting for hours, it seemed, and the room was a walk in freezer. I tried heating it up and “pop!”, the heat is NOT working and this pop sound was the evidence I needed to know it was broken and likely unfixed for a long time. The astronomical room deposit ($100) is NOT worth it! This place needs a total revamp and new management. Even then, without careful and systematic evaluation —top to bottom—this location is destined to fail. It could—and should—be a much better managed property. It gives Extended Stay a bad name for me. I travel a lots to these parts each year but at this point I would be very reluctant—if not very adamant about NOT recommending Extended Stay in Tallahassee, Florida.I

Prices are good sometimes

Just loud and people playing music so loud in there rooms and you can literally hear it all the way down to the other end of the hallway and nobody ask them to cut it down or off

Had I had power and lights would’ve probably been a decent stay

Location was ok

Power went out to the entire hotel 2 hours after getting in the room, didn’t come back on for the entire night.

The lights went out half of the night. They had roaches running in the room, the bathtub leaked all night.I couldnt sleep for the people wanted to know why the lights were out they just kept slamming there room doors. It was awful to tell the truth

Honestly they could do a lot better with everything. I didn't like very much from me checking in the first day.

Not as nice as I expected

That evening shift lady I want to say her name was either Carolyn or Cassandra and manager were very nice

The 1st room we was given was trashed...bed broken..stove tore up..2nd room was clean and nice just didn't have any towels or wash cloths...Had to wait over 1 1/2 Hour for them to be washed or dried..To many groups of people hanging around outside on each side.of the building...Very poor lighting outside...Some parts of the outside was very dark...Easily to be attacked or robbed..We was on the 4th floor but was approved for the 1st floor cause my daughter had surgery and just got out of the hospital..was told we can use the elevator...Got of the elevator and all you can hear are kids fighting and yelling....You could tell people lived there..

An expensive, gross nightmare at a vile dump

The location was why I chose this place, nothing else was acceptable.

The first room wouldn't open. The second room had trash, bloody wet towels on the floor, and no shower curtain. Curly black hairs and stains visible on the unmade bed. I didn't even spend the night, I showered and left. Worst hotel ive seen in years and I travel for work. Oh, and they refused to refund my stay.

The staff was ok friendly

The room floor was nasty. The elevator had dog poop in it over night. One of the bed liens was stained, trash all in hallway. Remote to t. Didn’t work was overcharged.

My shower didn’t work,front desk tell me to take a bath and we all no u don’t seat in a hotel tub,front desk tell me I can go in a dirty room to take a shower,it was a $100 deposit u didn’t no about I was very up set,dog shit on floor,I’ll never go back again

convenient to home

it was dirty, I got bloody sheets, floor was super wet, tub was not clean, and toilet overflow.plus blinds where broke where someone can look in room. I asked and payed for two beds, they gave me one.
