About this cabin rental

Fun family cabin with all the adventure you could want. There are four rooms with beds and a loft that also contains a bed (see note below). Spend the day boating and at the beach in the summer or skiing beautiful discovery ski hill in the winter. The cabin is only a minute away from the lake and 15 minutes from Discovery Ski Area for super simple access. The Lakehouse and Seven Gables restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. National Forest trail system right out the back door - mountain bike, dirt bike, side-by-side, snowmobile, back country ski, hike, run or walk on these scenic trails that run for endless miles. Two family areas - one with a pool table and a bar, the second with a loft with T. V. Beautiful deck overlooking the lake with views of discovery and mountainous sunsets. Full pull around driveway for easy access to the property for guests that have boats or trailers.

Note: There are no windows in the two bedrooms that are downstairs in the basement, although there is a door to the outside located in the basement.

We loved the property and quietness. A couple small things got in the way: Bear tore into the previous guest's garbage which we picked up. (We just got there before others). Fridge was screaming loud. Seems ice maker gave out and all was fine afterwards. No closets for hanging clothes, but then again one does not go to Georgetown to need perfectly pressed clothing! We loved our stay.

We enjoyed our team at this property that had a great view of Georgetown Lake. The property was very clean and had plenty of room for our large group. We also had an infant with us and were impressed by the amount of amenities there were for an infant. Whether it be for sleeping, entertainment, or eating, all we needed for the infant was there. The host was also very easy to reach, and was willing to let us check in early.

We stayed at the lake for a golf weekend in Fairmont and Anaconda. This house comfortably slept 10 and was perfect for our group. Would absolutely stay here again.

The cabin was a great spot for a long weekend with multiple families. Very clean, nice kitchen, plenty of space, nice outdoor areas, wildlife viewing, and minutes to the lake. We loved our time here.

The reason I gave the location and neighborhood a poor rating was because of the terrible washed out access road which of coarse is not the property owners fault. The property and neighborhood was fine. They need to stock more toilet paper, we had eight people and ended up buying some. The igniter for the grill did not work and had to be lite by hand. The bathroom towels were washed, but put in the bathroom wet and some left in the dryer giving the impression that the people cleaning the place raced through and did not even wait for the towels to dry before rushing out. We had to dry them ourselves. Overall it was a nice quiet place to stay and we enjoyed it.

This place has all the amenities and is in close proximity to Discovery which has amazing skiing for families. The house was clean and great place for toddlers to stay. Plenty of room to spread out for large families. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time meeting our friends for a ski trip! There were plenty of beds for everyone and spacious gathering spots both upstairs and down. Really appreciated the plowing maintenance on the property. Thanks for a perfect place to reconnect with our family friends!

We had such a nice relaxing time. The wood fireplace is a big bonus for winters in Montana. Highly recommend.
