Filthy, disgusting, waste of money, avoid.

Nothing. Do not stay here.

The property was filthy, beds broken, pubes in the sheets and not habitable even just for a night. Phoned property owner - no help. Contacted Bookings.com - no help. Have been charged for 3 rooms for one night when none of them could be used as they were so revolting. When I complained property owner tried to charge for damage. Alternative accommodation had to be found at the last minute. Disgusted doesn't cover it.

Cheap and a little bit cheerful

Very useful for days work at hospital.

Telly was smaller than my laptop and hadn't realised the cooking facilities were shared. Felt like student vibe. Ground floor room had a singer outside till 2am....

Excellent- Don’t go anywhere else if in Coventry

Excellent facilities and quick with any issues. A good location for people who have to have quietness and understand that there is still great value accommodation in Coventry.

Worst Experience Ever in my 20+ years of overnight stays when out on business.

Quite simply nothing! ****** Stay Away ******

After a nearly 3 hour car journey to the property, I noticed that I had received a message via the app stating they had attempted to call me and to call them. The message was sent at around 7 pm. Anyway, I hadn't had any missed calls, which was strange, so I proceeded to go to the property. When I arrived at the property which to be honest, wasn't in the best of areas I was met by a man at the door, when I asked him if this was the correct address he asked if I had made a reservation and then went on to explain that the room was no longer available. Obviously annoyed after booking a non-refundable room, he said, "Don't worry, I have another room available 5 minutes drive away," so reluctantly I agreed to go to the property. When arriving there, the area seemed to be better, the man let me in and took me to the room which at 1st glance wasn't the best but by this time I just wanted to get my head down as I had a exhibition to get up early for the next day. Anyway, the man then proceeds to tell me that this room is £10 more than the one I booked, and I'm sure it won't break the bank in a jokingly manner, which at 1st I just laughed off until he then went on to ask if I could pay cash!! I was absolutely gobsmacked at his cheek and told him that I would not be paying an extra £10 for a room I hadn't booked. He kept saying I'm sure it won't break the bank it's only £10. At this point, I told him I would not be staying here and asked him to refund my room (this hasn't happened yet). He then proceeded to follow me down 3 flights of stairs harrasing me to stay and talk and questioning why I was leaving and upset. As a result of this, I eventually found a room available in a hotel this was around 11:30. I have made a complaint to bookings.com, who was very responsive, and I await to hear the outcome. I would normally wait to see the outcome of my complaint but feel compelled to make people aware of this place.

Clean room but with terrible internet connection, not for work meetings

The room looked clean. It was relatively easy to check in. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.

The wifi was terrible. It was rated as 10 out of 10, which was the only reason I booked this room. It was key that I can have my important work meeting (remote via my laptop) with a very strong internet connection. However, as soon as MS Teams meeting started and my line manager started speaking on the other side, his voice started breaking, internet connection was so terrible I couldn't understand at all what he was was saying, nor he could understand me. I quickly created hotspot on my mobile phone, so that we could continue the meeting. But it was embarrassing that supposedly advertised internet connection with rating 10 (?!) had such a terrible performance. Very poor wifi I would rate it 2 out of 10. If you have a work meeting and you think this could be your quiet place with good internet connection - think twice.

Awful, we left and booked a hotel.

Room was not as pictured and was very small, we had problems entering the property to begin with and then when we finally got inside the room there was dirt everywhere, stains on the bed sheets, visible mould and dirt in the shower. The lightbulb was so dark we could barely see and you could constantly hear the other guests, I cannot believe the reviews are so good for this place, it was so bad! We left within 10 minutes of arriving and booked a hotel. Please do not stay here!!

The room was nicely decorated

There was ants everywhere in the room and also the toilet was not cleaned properly. Additionally there was no key to lock my room so I could leave my stuff inside the room. When I called up the manager of the property he said that someone had taken the key and that they could only get a locksmith for Mondays I still was left with an unlocked room, luckily I could lock it from the inside but when I left I had to take my stuff every time as I didn’t want anything to get stolen. The manager did nothing to compensate for this.

the owner supposedly messaged me with details for how to enter (passcode) but provided me with the wrong one. he didn’t answer his phone for 2 hours (5-7pm) the bedsheets did not smell clean the area was not somewhere I felt comfortable leaving my car also

The funny is that the owner said that he was cleaning this bathroom himself!

I didn't even stay at this property. All furniture and arrangements of the bathroom, living room and kitchen were completely different from the advert. I was just shocked when I saw it. The bathroom was dirty. Didn't cleaned at all. I said I would not stay there and wanted a refund, but the owner said I was a liar, even when I had sent the pictures—such a rude person. I am so disappointed. I recommend staying away from this place.

I loved everything about this accommodation. It's was very easy to find. The instructions to get into the property were clear and easy to understand. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. The staff were accommodating as I asked for a ground floor room and they made sure I got one. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend the property to anyone. Excellent stay

simple but with comfortable and clean /new facilities . helpful staff.

sound insulation between the rooms could be better. one noisy occupant shouting on the phone for an hour could be heard everywhere. but the room was super value for money .

No major issues to be honest. No dirty but room for improvement, WiFi password in the rooms would be a good idea but not really an issue. Would be good to have tea coffee making facilities in your room but again there is downstairs in the shared living room

Great value for money Shared kitchen and dining area was great to meet other guests. The instructions to gain access was fully explained in good time before my arrival.

Water pressure from shower but it was adequate.

fire alarm went off 5 times, poor acoustic between other rooms, 3 storey, no fire strategy or information, very poor access and egress. if someone forgets the key protocol you can’t get out the front door

Nice one night in Coventry

Neat room, clean and comfortable. Easy self check in and check out process. Help yourself kitchen.

Room door lock is built-in the handle so can't leave the room with my stuff and go for a walk. Some noisy neighbors in other rooms.

A good stay

Location was good. The place was very clean. The owner was very helpful.

Not having a key to my room. I could lock the door from the inside but not from the outside. The room was a bit small. Only big enough for one person not 2 really as advertised. It was a small double bed. I had to climb over the bed to close the blinds, which was not easy for me. The room/bed was not big enough for 2 people, especially if they were tall or large in stature. The bathroom would have been a tight squeeze too. The room was right near the front door so I heard people coming in late which was a bit of a disturbance. The description of the place as being a superb double room. It was a bit misleading. I was on my own so it just suited me. Room number one is not suitable for 2 people.
