Guest Access:
Parking is located behind the property and is accessed off the alley. You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively.
The Neighborhood:
Nashville's Music Row has given rise to epic successes and shaped the future of one of music's most popular genres. It is home to an artistic community unlike any other in the world. Music Row is Nashville's Most Famous Neighborhood, nestled amongst music studios and radio stations, and located only 1.4 miles from Broadway. Music Row offers you the best of Nashville, and is just far enough away from the action on Broadway to allow for a peaceful sleep. There are many pedestrians, cyclists, and joggers along with folks walking their animals and enjoying the safeness of our neighborhood. You will love it here!
Getting Around:
Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so.
Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row.
The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue.
Other Things to Note:
There is absolutely NO smoking, of any kind, inside of the apartment. Violation of this rule is $250, and will be enforced.
Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. We ask that you keep in mind that not everybody comes to Nashville to "party". With that being said, we only ask that you are considerate and respectful of your neighbors.

The property was easy to get to, with plenty of onsite parking. Right on Music Row but still very quiet. The whole place was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning kept the unit cold even during a heat advisory. The bed and furniture were a little short, which is challenging for a 6’8” guy like me but were very comfortable once I got down there. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and a full kitchen with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a great stay. The only challenge was issues with getting the TV to work despite following the instructions. Internet also was choppy.

Everything was exactly as expected. Very clean and super cute.

We were so pleased with our stay! Excellent communication and we were able to get in a bit early after our nine hour drive which was amazing. It was clean, the bed comfy, linens and all necessities provided. I have literally zero complaints and will gladly stay again!!! It was a very cheap Uber into town.

Very cozy, clean, safe updated studio apartment. We stayed for a week while my husband coached his girls softball team and it was the perfect little spot for just the 2 of us.

First time in Nashville. We came for a concert at the Symphony. Absolutely loved the location! So much history all around us. The Well coffee shop was awesome! Listing was very accurate. Comfy bed, clean, great AC! Christy was very responsive and helpful! Would recommend.

Close enough to walk to downtown, but away from the noise. The place is cute and quiet and comfortable. Very quiet. I loved! Would stay here again.

Sadly, we were unable to stay at the vinyl. We were notified less than 24 hours before we left for our trip, that the property had a water leak and our reservation had been canceled. Luckily, we were able to find other accommodations. I hope they got their issues fixed. I would’ve appreciated more notice. It Just left us with very slim Pickens for our trip as far as finding another place to stay.

Communication with the property manager was wonderful. They made sure we were able to enter the property, followed up with use several times and explained how everything worked. We were able to easily walk thru Music Row and to lower Broadway. We would certainly stay there again.

We have never been to Nashville before and were not sure what to expect. This was a quaint place in a nice neighborhood. We liked that is was also close to downtown.

Amazing communication from property manager. Walking distance to some good restaurants and a safe-feeling neighborhood for walking. Short drive to downtown. Small but perfectly adequate unit, comfy bed, great getaway for the two of us.

This little apartment was simply perfect for us. The bed and pillows were excellent! Location was near enough to stuff we wanted but far enough away to have peace. Felt very safe and was easy to navigate in/out of its Music Row neighborhood. Small but mighty and very clean space.

This property is super cute!! Perfect size for us. Close enough to main attractions, with having a little distance so it's not so overwhelming. 10/10 recommend!!!

Communication & check In/out were very smooth. This is a cute, well appointed apartment/condo that was perfect for our weekend. A short Uber ride took us to the Ryman. We could get everywhere we wanted to go easily.
The coffee setup was an added bonus. The bed was comfy. This is definitely a place we will use again.

It was the perfect weekend and perfect place to stay! This was my first time using VRBO and it was a seamless process! Christy was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! I would def recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville!

Apartment was very nice. Very close to music row. Ubers available for all other venues. Parking was concerning due to frequent break ins. We parked on the street and had no issues. Would stay again.

Clean, cool decor, thoughtful touches, easy parking, walking distance to Vanderbilt, OSA Coffee and Egghill for breakfast. Property manager was able to swap us to an identical unit so we could check-in early.

Absolutely fantastic! Christy was so attentive & accommodating. By far the best VRBO host I've ever dealt with. The location was within walking distance to all the fun in Music Row. The apartment was better than I expected - the place literally had everything we needed & more. We would definitely book with Christy again, in a heartbeat.

The apartment was clean, the bed was more comfortable than most, the location was great for us - out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of many attractions. The unit we rented faced the street and if I stay again, I'd pick one facing the rear because we sleep with the windows open and experienced the expected street noise Friday and Saturday nights. I expect if you close the windows and use the white noise machine provided, it wouldn't be a problem at all. I recommend Music Row for your visit.

Everything about this rental is great - location, cleanliness, amenities, communication with the owners. It is walking distance to Vanderbilt, many restaurants and boutique shopping. About a 5 minute Uber ride to all the downtown mayhem. The bed and sheets were so comfy (where did you buy the sheets???). The sound machine, makeup wipes and shampoo/conditioner were a great, unexpected addition. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic apartment and wonderful host! Clean and quiet. HIGHLY recommend!

The owner was wonderful about checking is with us before our stay and during the stay. All the information she sent for cjeck in was easy to follow and right on point. My favorite thi g though is she thought of the "little things." White noise machines that helped block out traffic and construction noise, extra large soft towels, and good toilet paper! Not the 1 ply stuff!! Convenient to walk to restaurants for dinner and breakfast.

Our recent stay started out quite well - we loved the space and the bed was oh so comfy! However, some unexpected, extremely loud construction noise waking us up at 7:30 our first morning and continuing throughout the day made it impossible for us to continue our stay. This in no way reflects upon the managers of this vrbo, who went out of their way to communicate and accommodate us, and actually promptly refunded our entire stay. The construction was not supposed to start for another couple of weeks and they were extremely apologetic about the situation and very gracious. We would definitely stay here again (checking beforehand to make sure no construction was happening right outside the bedroom window!).

Affordable, convenient location, and absolutely adorable! Was extremely close to the gulch and walking distance to some grest coffee shops and breakfast/brunch spots! Really enjoyed this stay and would love to stay here again in the future! Not to mention the property manager was very communicative and made sure my stay was nothing less than perfect. 100/10!

Love this area nice and safe!
My son and I walked to the taco place and the dunking right down the street very cool. Quick little Uber ride to downtown and we actually walked back it was a little bit of a hike but we were fine and enjoyed the hike.
