Guest Access:
Parking is located behind the property and is accessed off the alley. You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively.
The Neighborhood:
Nashville's Music Row has given rise to epic successes and shaped the future of one of music's most popular genres. It is home to an artistic community unlike any other in the world. Music Row is Nashville's Most Famous Neighborhood, nestled amongst music studios and radio stations, and located only 1.4 miles from Broadway. Music Row offers you the best of Nashville, and is just far enough away from the action on Broadway to allow for a peaceful sleep. There are many pedestrians, cyclists, and joggers along with folks walking their animals and enjoying the safeness of our neighborhood. You will love it here!
Getting Around:
Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so.
Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row.
The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue.
Other Things to Note:
There is absolutely NO smoking, of any kind, inside of the apartment. Violation of this rule is $250, and will be enforced.
Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. We ask that you keep in mind that not everybody comes to Nashville to "party". With that being said, we only ask that you are considerate and respectful of your neighbors.

The location of this very modern, well equipped apartment is ideal - quick trip to Broadway and downtown attractions and a five minute walk to some very nice restaurants, breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you want to venture out further there is quick access to the interstate or alternate routes. The appliances, utensils and furnishings are new/like new. We slept three adults very comfortably with plenty of space. There is ample right by the door free, private parking. Why anyone pay more for a hotel room is beyond me. Our hosts provided excellent communication with reminders and very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Nice little apartment, extremely comfortable bed, nice shower with great water pressure and fluffy big towels. A/C worked great. Quiet neighborhood on Music Street just down the street from RCA records and a little lovely coffee shop. Plenty of easy parking behind the apartments. Lovely outdoor area to hang out and have a beer or lunch. I really liked the location, the price and the setting. Great place to spend the week or more!

My wife and I were in Nashville for a Stevie Nicks concert, and we couldnt be more satisfied with our stay at the Vinyl. Very nice neighborhood in a safe part of town. Everything we needed was within 2 miles, including Bridgestone Arena. We will be using VRBO from now on when vacationing in the future. The Vinyl is highly recommended.

We came for Supercross and wanted to stay somewhere near downtown but not right in the heart of it. This was a perfect location. Still real close to everything and a nice safe neighborhood. The apt was so cute and clean. They have everything you need to have a great getaway.

Really cute place in a very convenient location to Vanderbilt and Belmont. Had a lot of problems with the lock, Would have liked other pillow options, and the walls are very thin

My daughter and I were in town to check out Vanderbilt and see Nashville. So much was within walking distance. Right on old music row. A block from really awesome coffee shop (well coffeehouse). Nice place! Had everything we needed.

We were looking for something close but not on the main strip and this fit perfect. Be sure to leave your vehicle parked and let Uber or a taxi drive you around. It was close enough to walk to the restaurants and we actually beat the cars due to traffic. Ubered back after dark.

This place was amazing! Great for a group of friends (up to 4) comfortably or a couple, very very clean!!! Very easy access for Uber/Lyft pick ups and drop offs! Close to all the hot spots in Nashville (5-7 minute car rides) Kroger a couple miles away to get all your necessities if needed! Only thing I would say is our apartment had one tiny window facing the main road, wish we had a little more natural lighting and view! Other than that it’s a really nice place! Owners sent messages to make sure we were happy and enjoyed our stay. I’d definitely stay there again!

The apartment appeared to be newly remodeled and had all of the modern accouterments one could want. The host easily kept us up to date with emails and a text with the info we needed to check-in. Easy to find, great parking area, big TV, LED lights, ceiling fans, full kitchen, king bed with noise machines. We were on the first floor and only heard the neighbors above us a couple of times during "normal hours." The only window is the one you see in the bedroom of this apartment, but it's a very light and inviting space. The neighborhood seemed safe and people were out jogging & walking their dogs all weekend. Only a mile-ish from downtown. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again the next time we are in Nashville.
