No trash cans in the unit. Pillows were too soft. Not in location advertised. Feels like a bait and switch.

Nice. Within quick walk to places to eat. Quick Uber/Lyft to downtown. Beds were comfy.
Wish room had a coffee maker. Rooftop “bar” wasn’t a bar. There’s a pool up there but no one serving beverages.

Excellent except-no coffee in rooms and there was someone else’s sock along side the bed. Additionally no social alternatives to happy hour.

Loved the art, both the photography and the three dimensional art. The decor in the rooms was calm and comfortable, especially the pillows! The Valet staff was particularly helpful as I had trouble using the app. The staff at the bar made some excellent recommendations as we had a person under 21 in our party. Overall are glad we chose your Hotel for our stay in Nashville!

Proximity to Vanderbilt University can be. I hotel, and good restaurant. Noise from the club next-door on a Saturday night can be a problem.

Nice comfortable hotel. They offered a social hour and said there would be snacks from their restaurant. Snacks limited to a few crackers and tuna dip. Would have been nice to have something vegetarian or vegan like cheese or olives.

I enjoyed the happy hour each day with complimentary wine and beer. The rooftop pool was nice, but the pool was too cold.

Sad to learn Rooftop bar was only open until 6pm. Pool is open until 9. At least have the bar open until then. It was also a Saturday night. This was a great hotel choice feature for us. We went to a rooftop elsewhere.
Personally, I dislike a clear shower door. At least have a frosted door or panel. Can’t share the space with others like that.

The reason for our trip was to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Normally we do not visit Nashville in the middle of summertime but we decided on this hotel because it has a pool and it is only 10 minutes from our daughter's apartment. This is our first time staying at Aertson and we would stay again; however, nothing is making me say yes, I will absolutely stay here again. The price for the overall value and amenities is a bit high. We appreciated the complimentary wine each night at 5pm and the coffee was set up in the morning as early as 5:30am. The coffee, however, was luke-warm and weak, and this was the case all three mornings. My husband used the pool which he enjoyed but one of the days they had run out of towels and when he mentioned this to a staff member who was working the bar he was told to call housekeeping. The lobby was a pleasant place to hang out and the lit fireplace was a very nice touch and made it feel welcoming. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was large with a wonderful shower that was spotless and huge. Each night, however, we could hear the street noise (sirens) but it went by quickly (we were on the 6th floor). The restaurant in the hotel was WONDERFUL...we had breakfast each morning and the food was fresh and delicious, especially the scrambled eggs since they were light and not overcooked! The staff was very pleasant and periodically text me with updates as to events happening each afternoon in the lobby. Overall rating 4.5

First time to Nashville and we LOVED staying at the Kimpton. Hotel is beautiful, so good for those looking to stay a short drive 6-7 min drive from the actual strip. Would highly recommend for anyone that’s looking to stay away from the insane level of noise on the strip. Hotel still has plenty of great restaurants in walking distance, the noise level throughout our stay was so quiet and pleasant. Complimentary happy hour with beer, wine and cocktails from 5-6 everyday was also an awesome treat! Would love to stay again!

The hotel itself was great. The mattress was too firm and the pillows were a little flat; also needed more pillows. The parking deck was horrible. We had problems with exiting; the machine did not work properly and it took time to get assistance to get out of there. We got stuck behind 2 vehicles that were trying to exit and had to back up to find another way out only to get stuck again 😠😠 The price of overnight parking when you are a guest of the hotel is a little ridiculous.

My wife and I came to Nashville for the first time and enjoyed every bit of it. We absolutely loved this hotel, the place was beautiful, lovely staff. The social hour was such a blast and nice perk, the bike rentals and I was also able to borrow some accessories from their anthropology collection. The pool was amazing, the onsite restaurant was the bomb.
