From the time we booked Peter French was wonderful. He reached out well ahead of our trip to introduce himself and offer anything we needed. The day of check in we were late as getting our son settled in Dreams Park was chaotic and I had told Peter we would be there by 4. Well it was a Saturday and we ran late. I realized it was almost 630 and had not arrived. I realized they may have had plans as he offered to wait to check us in. They were so gracious and waited for us, gave us a tour, made sure we had everything we needed and recommended a great place to eat.
The house was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and so close to town. It was such an easy 5 min walk to town and so beautiful around the house.
Peter and his wife Kristen checked in with us to make sure we had everything and were available if I ever had a last minute need to a food recommendation.
Highly recommend this wonderful place for ease to get to downtown, Dreams Park, Hall of Fame and just a lovely home to stay.
And my son loved it so much the last night we stayed when we drove it and a beautiful fawn was in the yard eating. She just looked at us and went about eating. Never left. :)

I cannot say enough good things about The Susquehanna House and Peter and Kristen, the hosts. The house is in the perfect location of the cutest town. Just a short walk to all the cute shops and restaurants and the baseball Hall of Fame. The house is beautiful and very clean and has everything you need. Peter and Kristen were so gracious and offered really great recommendations for the entire family- turns out there is lots to do besides baseball that we were not aware of! I am so glad we found this gem of a house. We want to come back and stay here again!
