Very nice and very helpful staff that helped us with everything. Cozy and roomy cabanas with private showers and toilet, outside.
Were allowed to use the kitchen area but that is unfortunately not always the case to our understanding
Unfortunately advertised classes were not happening due to low demand/ season. Would be nice to adapt the description of services available to not be disappointed/ feeling like you should pay less.
Also the construction site next to the place/ the cafe not being open was a bummer but that’s not their problem lol, just inform yourself before hand

The location was perfect, in the northern end of town which is much quieter, but just a 5 minute walk into the centre/beach. Cute accommodation. Great value for money AND you get a free yoga class every day which is brilliant :)
Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Loved the atmosphere, the staff and loved the yoga on site. The cafe next door is exceptionally delicious!
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

The setting is very relaxing and I loved all of the trees, plants and stone pathways. The bungalow was simple, clean and pleasant. The cafe next door has amazing food—all homemade and fresh. I loved the convenience of ordering and eating on the beautiful patio. Also loved the yoga everyday! Daniel was very helpful and nice.
I stayed in the bungalow without an attached bathroom so next time. Would definitely upgrade.

Great location, nice staff.
Water pressure in the shower made it difficult to wash my hair.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, exactly like the photos. The street was quiet but extremely close to everything.

We loved the location, and the room was really big and comfortable.
We felt scammed by the fact the property "currency" is dollars on Booking, but when you arrive there to pay, they charge you in Mexican Pesos with an exchange rate completely out of sense. Be aware you're going to pay more than what you are expecting according to booking.

Loved the place, beautiful surroundings, helpful kind staff, complimentary yoga class was provided (and was great!), there is a nice yummy cafe right next door (imiari cafe); would definitely come back. Shared bathrooms were also great, super clean, didn't even mind the fact it's shared. :)
The only downside was the Wi-fi, it seemed that in the evenings it was running faster (more reliable) than during the mornings/day. Maybe we just had a bad luck with it but it was not reliable. However, I would definitely stay again - there is Tabachines Cowork Patio in case you need a good stable connection right close by for very a reasonable price, or mobil data are the option too.

The location was perfect - in Sayulia but away from the party scene. The room was simple but elegant, ans staff was unobtrusive but always there when needed.
A sitting chair in the room for reading, and a good reading lamp in the room.

the secluded courtyard /garden type ambiance and wonderful front desk staff!
hearing next door neighbour - using joint kitchen area as a business meeting area , making loud phone calls and web meetings - assuming because internet was better in this area than in the rooms. Couldn’t leave our window open due to the noise transfer.

Really great location near enough to the center of town with good restaurants nearby, but far enough away from where the parties happen so you don't have to deal with that at night. Also it's easier to find parking in this side of town than in the center if you have a car. Free yoga everyday is also a really nice perk if you're into that! Otherwise, not too many fancy amenities, but it's an inexpensive hotel compared to other places. It's a good value if you are looking for a home base when you plan to be out and about doing activities all day.
The rooms aren't well insulated, so bring earplugs!! There's a yoga space above one of the rooms (Room 2, where we stayed) and so you hear everything that goes on there. People start using that space as early as 7-7:30am on most days and if you're a light sleeper, you'll get woken up by Sanskrit chants and Oms almost everyday, like we did. The other rooms with shared bathrooms are even more open-aired, so you'll likely hear it too.

The room was nice
I got shafted... I asked to rent the same room for a few more nights and was told yes, absolutely, by the hotel management only to return an hour later to pay to find out they rented it out to someone else...

Amazing location, close to the most beautiful part of the beach and close to the fun but also far enough away to be at peace. A beautiful clean incredibly comfortable room. A free yoga/ holistic class every day and really lovely staff, especially the gorgeous Shaula.
I would definitely come again. Highly recommended.
it’s perfect !!!!
I love this property
