This is our second visit. First was really great...everything was wonderful. So we had good expectatiions...but that didn't happen. Our condo was on the end, reallly couldn't see anything except dingy building next door and the condo units directly across. The people above us were extremely noisy at ALL times of the day/night (I asked for help on that one but nothing changed). Also, ants in both bathrooms on first floor.

Communication was great from RNR, the house is really nice, there is plenty of space and the video game console was great for the kids. Only improvement would be a later check out than 10am, other than that, all went smoothly and would recommend.

This place was great. The only draw back was the thermostat. There is one on almost wvery wall of the house and is very complicated to get to work. It was extremely warm and set to 73 when we arrived. The directions did not help as someone previously had set it incorrectly. However, the rental company was quick to send someone out to get it working correctly. It was no longer hot, but extremely cold. I wasn’t going to complain as I would rather add more blankets to keep warm. The home was filled with kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, and was very clean and well cared for. We would stay here again!

Everything about this rental was amazing, the location, cleanliness, space, except every bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable, no cushion felt like sleeping on a box.Also the zoned thermostat was unresponsive and would run at a higher temperature then set, making it difficult to fall and stay asleep without breaking into a sweat. There was a notice not to reset the thermostat which we DID NOT but it didn’t matter what temperature we set it to, it did its own thing. Even in the dead of winter 74-76 degrees seems a little too warm, which is often what it would run at.

We rented this unit for a week in January for a ski week. The unit is very nice with everything you need. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There seemed to be new carpet that was recently put in. The management company was very attentive and communicated well. Now the “but”....this unit, and all the units in the complex, were being advertised as “ski-in, ski-out” - they are not. The Heavenly Gondola is a healthy walk (3-4 blocks) on city streets and having to cross the main road. Not something you would want to do wearing ski boots and carrying skis. If you really want ski-in, ski-out this is not for you. Don’t be fooled like we were.

This is a very nice modern condo unit in a private gated community in South Lake Tahoe! It's a very quiet condo complex located in a busy area of SLT. The unit has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, tons of square footage, storage and lots of space! Nice modern kitchen with lots of pots & pans and cooking utensils - but be sure to bring your own spices and condiments etc. The beds and linens were luxurious and high end. Small outdoor balcony with a nice BBQ and table and chairs. Quick walk 10 minutes to the lake with the private beach. 2 blocks from Heavenly downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Gated community felt very safe and unit has a high tech keypad entry. I stayed here with my 3 teens, but it would also be good for several friends on vacation. A little noise can be heard from the people above in the upstairs unit, but there are posted quiet times and quiet hours, so that is nice. I would stay here again!

Did not enjoy staying in the corner and the people above us were extremely loud into early morning hours. Hopefully, if we go next year we will be able to stay in 201 again. We came across several ants which was not usual but other than that, the place was clean and well kept.

This was our first time traveling to Tahoe, and it was an amazing trip! We traveled with another couple, and we were all very happy with the location of the rental and the condition. Upon check-in, it was very clean and organized, located right next to Heavenly Village. The kitchen was well stocked, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a quiet location, yet close to a ton of shops & restaurants. The gondola is a short walk from the home. The bedrooms are well furnished, and the bathrooms are brand new and very clean. The property is very well maintained and taken care of. Check-in and check-out procedures were very simple and stress-free. The house had plenty of hand soap, dish soap, and paper products. The pictures are deceiving because the home is very large and has plenty of space for everyone. At Heavenly Village, we loved eating at Kalani's & Izabella. Gunbarrel Tavern was our favorite spot for apps & drinks after skiing! We'd love to stay at 501 Tahoe Woods again! It was the perfect vacation!

This was a great vacation rental experience. The home was spotless. Great furniture, lighting, and a well stocked kitchen! The location couldn't be beat. The only drawbacks were that the walls are very thin. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, their garbage disposal, etc. Everyone was very respectful and the noise levels were reduced at night. The thermostat was a bit confusing. The heat stayed on even when we set the temperature lower. It was 75+ degrees inside during our entire stay. To cool it off, we had to turn off the fan manually. I would recommend adding a few items including a laundry basket, a dish drying rack, and a coat rack, near the downstairs entry way or hooks in the laundry room for jackets. Finally, It would be great if there were a keypad on the door between the garage and the hallway, that way, the key is not required to lock the door.

We have stayed in this location during summer, and this time during winter. It was a lovely, warm place to be, with easy access to Heavenly Village. After snowfall, the parking lot was promptly plowed in the morning. My only suggestion is to add a piece of furniture near the door so you can sit and remove boots or put stuff down. Also, the living room could use a cozy chair by the fireplace/TV. But we aren't complaining - our stay was wonderful!

My family of 8 stayed stayed over the Christmas Holiday. It was better than described. The kitchen, baths and bedrooms were stocked beyond expectations. We cooked two meals a day for several days without lacking any tools. Location could not be better. Walking distance to Heavenly, Starbucks and Nevada Casinos. Complex was quiet and the private garage was a huge plus. RNR Vacation Management was exptrememly helpful our entire stay. Would def recommend!!!

This is a beautiful condo and the location is great. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and well stocked. The host was quick to get back to us with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
