I was grateful I only booking it for one night. There were dead bugs in the fridge (took pics) and the freezer in the little dorm fridge was disgusting. I had carry out that needed to be put in the fridge and I lined the shelves with plastic bags I had in the car. I put clean socks on when I got into the room and before I went to bed they were filthy dirty. And then to top that off a bug ran across the sheets while I was settling in. The socks got dirtier in the morning while getting ready, which did NOT include a shower because the tub did not look clean at all. I told the guy in the office about my issues and that I wanted a refund and he said I had to contact the company I booked it thru. ZERO accountability for the condition of the room and zero sympathy for my experience.

Beware of this place. NO security!! The key card did not open any of the locked doors and the main door going to the room hallways from outside was broken and wide open. The screws on the latch to our hotel room door were loose and the latch wouldn't close. The room smelled of mold and the air-conditioned filter was black.

Old mattresses and blankets, curtains had moth holes, property has not been updated in decades. And by the way it has an Econolodge sign not the property name presented by expedia.

The room was very dirty. Broken outlet and missing towel rack in the tub. Microwave very dirty and shower had mildew. Booked a king executive suite and wnded up with a double room even though I payed in advance.

I stopped by this hotel on my way for a night. I enjoyed my stay, everything was clean, and I’ll be back again on my way back.

I really liked staying here as it was a more convenient and economic option in the area.

It was clean and quiet.

FALSE ADVERTISING… this is an Econo Lodge.

The bed looked very worn out but was actually very comfortable. The sofa needs to be thrown out.

The facility has only the basic stuff for staying, with relatively old furniture, heating/AC, and other equipment, no breakfast or fitness center. But the price is good and matches the level of the facility.
It has small refrigerator and microwave, which is convenient. Otherwise our staying was pleasant.

The person at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable but everything else connected to this hotel is dirty, broken and dated.

Hotel is in poor condition and not that clean, and the staff did not even know it was called homewood in & suites, hope I never have to say here again

Recently renovated rooms due to new management. Very cold fridge and working microwave. Jacuzzi tub with endless hot water and working jets. HVAC is very effective. Great parking and great location.

The desk staff was outstanding . Our resovation was incomplete due to a 3rd party vendor, and she went over and above in making it right

The first rooms tv and phone didn’t work and I had to move my things to another room. They make you pay a $100 security deposit for a room that already has a tv and phone that’s broken. The staff customer service was ok. Hotel.com states that they offer breakfast which they don’t and the coffee wasnt anything special.

The staff was amazing and it was so nice to have someone generally care about you and your stay

Nice staff. The only issue I had was that the freezer was frosted over. But other than that I was pleased with my stay

first off its a econo lodge,so its false information as to who they are,my husband and i had a room and two of our sons each booked a room for their families, my sons ended up leaving because the rooms were so bad,my husband and i stayed only because my husband was exhausted we booked two nights but only stayed the one,we asked to speak to the manager but were told he was not available and they refused to tell us his name or give us his number, this place was dirty and the staff didnt seem to care ,they refused a refund so we lost out one night but i was not gonna sleep there again

This is false advertised. It is not a stone wood inn & suites but it is a low grade nasty roach infested econolodge. What is shown on Expedia is not what you get when you arrive.

room numbers attached to wall with masking tape. room coffee maker but no coffee. ice bucket provided but no ice in ice machine. tv remote did not work, had to operated it with buttons on tv ( notified front desk - they were not concerned). shower was a single stream, took forever to rinse soap off. waited twenty minutes in lobby waiting for someone to check me in (nobody at front desk during checkin time). stayed in a lot of hotels - this is the among the top in the way overpriced for what was provided (pd 130/night for a 60/70/night room at best). room was clean though.

This is ECONO LODGE

No morning coffee in the room or in the lobby, awful bedding, cheap scratchy sheets, half painted, room wasn't ready at check-in had to wait an extra 1.5 hrs in the parking lot.

They renovated but the rooms arent done - the bedding was scratchy, low quality sheets. No coffee supplies for the dirty coffee maker in the room. No morning coffee in the lobby not even hot water for tea. There is no place close to go buy coffee either. Check-in was 3pm, the rooms weren't ready until 4:30 so we had to stand in the parking lot waiting. The computers were down and so they had multiple reservations charged to my account. The screens in the windows were broken so couldn't get fresh air in the room. Overall it's a $56 dollar a night hotel, not $102 that we paid.

First the name isn’t even the one listed on Expedia, staff was never in the office. Stains everywhere , hole in the bathroom ceiling, support bar was broken in the shower. Only reason I stayed was the trip was nonrefundable. I will never return to this hotel.

Many improvements have been made - like painting and landscaping but they still have a long way to go. They do not serve any breakfast. Ice machine is continuously "out of order." Check-in takes forever and have trouble finding your reservation (It happened to me and the guy who checked in ahead of me). The TV's are old and small and the hallway carpet needs a good steam clean. Rates should be more in the $55 to $65 range.

first of all we booked online with Carrollton Inn & Suites and we were looking for Carrollton Inn & Suites & it was an EconoLodge. No one was ever at the front desk, had to call # on sign & from 5pm on Fri til 8am on Sun the same worker was doing everything. I had to sign re: no smoking but the smell of smoke on the 2nd fl was horrendous. room was not ready for party of 4... floors in room were so dirty, could not take shoes off. blow dryer did not work, no tissues, curtains ripped, peope working on landscaping on Saturday, but needed cleaning on the inside much more. No reason to book ahead, had to do everything again when arrived then at check out told to leave key at front desk, no one around, anyone could of taken key. Would definitely think twice when seeing Carrollton Inn & Suites or Econolodge when needing to book a room any where again.

The man and woman working the front desk were helpful when I asked for towels toilet paper and a clean bath mat (dead roach on the one in the room when we checked in ).Did not know they didn't have daily cleaning staff. Room is only cleaned when you check out .

My room was better than I was expecting. Make no mistake this is a very budget hotel. There are zero amenities, no coffee, no breakfast, not even a plastic cup in the room. My room was cleanish, though I used the bath mat to wipe up wet footprints to the sink and the hard floor left dirt on the white towel. The bedding was clean, but the pillows are terrible and both flat and lumpy at the same time. There is a $100 security deposit on the room that is refunded when you check out. This is smart on their part because it makes people think before they trash a room. The guy working the front desk was very polite and good at his job. If I was hiring I would employ this guy without a second thought. You get what you pay for.

Bathroom was dirty on the floor around the toilet. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Tub was dirty , needed to be bleached. Floor in room was dirty. Wifi wasn’t working properly.
