Lovely big renovated stable room

Perfect location for us. Nicely renovated large room with comfy bed, access to an enclosed garden area. Cute welcome pack for our dog. Having a fridge and sink area was helpful. Would definitely stay again if we come back down this way.

The decoration and furnishings were lovely and fresh and new, so the rust on the mobility aids in the wetroom really stood out, only because everything else was so fabulous.

Beautifully presented and a lovely, homely place to stay

Lovely, relaxing room. Lovely garden area for guests to use. Dog friendly which to us is always a bonus!

Would have liked a microwave or other means to warm/cook food

I travel regularly for work across the UK, with my cocker Spaniel. The facilities are fabulous here.

Keys were left ready, the apt was clean, spacious and well stocked. Great to be able to step out the door straight into open fields and plenty walks for the dog. Place is secure due to automatic access/egress gate.

The location might hinder some due to having to walk/drive to amenities

great option for self contained dog friendly accommodation, which allowed us to break up a long journey to Cornwall.

comfortable, clean, nice view, friendly hosts and great for an overnight stay.

only suitable for takeaway food, or anything that doesn’t need cooking, so really only an option for a brief stay, but that may suit the hosts.

Superb

Well fitted out room, very comfortable in a lovely quiet location. Emma was very helpful and friendly. We would happily stay again.

No cooking facilities, but that wasn’t a problem for our stay as we had eaten earlier in the day. Grab rails in bathroom could perhaps do with replacing but that’s probably being a bit picky.

A very comfortable and relaxed place to stay.

A lovely location, spacious and beautifully presented. Dogs very welcome.

The first night's sleep was interrupted by noise from a heating fault. This was fixed as soon as we let the hosts know however.

Very good

The host was very helpful regarding local information, particularly country walks. We enjoyed being able to walk to the village across the fields. The room was well furnished and cosy for a February visit.

The bed was advertised as an extra large double bed, but was like two single beds pushed together - two headboards and two matresses (which when two people of different weights lay on each were of different heights with a gap between which we could not close) - not comfortable for closeness. We were surprised that a kitchenette did ot include a basic microwave, could have been a problem, as booking.com does not give details of this on its website.
