- There is two hour parking on the streets that surround the apartment.
- We recommend that you park on the street to unload and then use the garage once you get settled!

1. Mice on Main- A fun game created by the city, there is a scavenger hunt to find the stone mice throughout the city! The kids will love this! (A simple internet search will give you instructions!)
2. Flour Field- You have to hit a Greenville Drive baseball game if you are here in season!
3. Falls Park on the Reedy River- This is a favorite of locals and tourists alike! This beautiful park overlooks a gorgeous downtown waterfall in the heart of the city!
4. Swamp Rabbit Trail- A beautiful trail that takes you into the heart of the city, and runs for miles! Enjoy bike rides, runs, or a stroll with a cup of coffee in the morning.
5. Peace Center for the Performing Arts
6. Main Street- Enjoy shopping, entertainment, and a food-lover's heaven on Main Street! There is a reason why this street is rated one of the best and friendliest in the US!

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. Please remember you are staying Downtown. There is a chance you can hear the street noise if cars or people are being loud. Do not expect it to be perfectly quiet in the apartment.

7. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response!

8. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay in Greenville!

Great place to stay in a great location. You can hear the street noise at night but it wasn’t a big issue. Two rooms have a skylight so it got bright really early in the morning. Overall, was a very good trip!

This property is in a fantastic location which allows for walking everywhere. The parking garage is just behind the property. There is a fee to park during the week but it is super reasonable. There is an entire flight of stairs to climb once you enter the apartment so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. The rooms are a good size (master is very large) and the beds were comfortable. The living space was very open and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this location as long as you understand it is LOUD. There was a lot of late night (midnight, 1 and 2 am) revving of engines, loud motorcycles and people yelling which can be heard in every room. Again, the location was great so the only time we got in the car was to go to the State Park.

Beautiful property!! Lots of space - perfect spot in downtown Greenville!! As the other reviews state- noisy! Such a great town - and place is walkable to everything- so I’ll take the noise!

Great location for downtown Greenville. Apartment was very large and roomy for 5 adult ladies. Walking distance to everything. Would stay again.

Large beautiful apartment on second floor. Tough to sleep. Even with tv and noise machine on very very loud outside street noise. On Very busy 1 way street. Did not sleep well in any of the 3 bedrooms. Not sure I would stay here again for that reason.

We rented this apartment to attend a wedding in Greenville. The location was great and you walk straight out onto Main Street. We did have a car and there was some on road parking, but if that was taken there was an easy access parking garage right behind the property. I would just say that the area can get loud with traffic and people on a weekend - but that’s just down to this being such a central location. The apartment itself was huge and plenty of space for everyone. We’d definitely stay here again!
