This Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath canal front home awaits your arrival. In a gated condominium community, Keys Time offers all the amenities one may want for their Dream Vacation. Within the exclusive Venture Out community, guests can indulge in a plethora of amenities, including a heated pool, a soothing hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, pickleball, playground, on-site store and marina lounge, boat ramp, tiki huts and a swimming area right in the ocean! Being only 22 miles North of the famous Key West and 32 miles South of Marathon, this unit is perfectly located for any occasion.
Accommodations to sleep up to 6 adults comfortably.
The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed for your comfort and an ensuite bathroom for privacy.
The Guest Bedroom has a Full Bed size bed and ample closet space.
For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room has a full size pull out sleeper sofa.
Excellent location for quick and easy boating access to both Atlantic and Gulf Side. This property has a 21' concrete dock which can accommodate up to a 17' boat. Also offers a fish cleaning station, swimming ladder, and dock post. Enjoy biking the paved community on the 3 provided bicycles. Or take the day to kayak out to Kemp Channel and explore on the provided kayaks at this home. The possibilities are endless when you are on Keys Time!
Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. Indulge in resort-style amenities, including a Marina store with fuel onsite, bait and convenience market, boat wash down station, 80-foot heated pool, Jacuzzi, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming lagoon, convenience market, post office, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball and bocce courts.
Adventure beyond the gates for a bite to eat at some of Florida Key's favorite restaurants such as, Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mamas, Kiki's Sandbar or Boondocks Draft house and Miniature Golf course, all within a 10 minute drive. Or head a little further to Key West for even more fun only 20 minutes away!

Up to 2 small dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of $150 per pet nonrefundable fee.
Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. Main guest must email a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There will be a 4% credit card processing fee added when paying with a credit card.
