Grab a book and spend the morning on the screened front porch or upstairs on the front balcony, then retreat to the backyard balcony for afternoon cocktails at the end of each day.

Inside, you'll find an open, light-filled layout with modern furnishings and decor. Put on your chef's hat and whip up masterpieces in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then serve up family meals in the dining room around the corner. After a day out, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, then cool off in the central air-conditioning. Pop the day's clothes in the washer/dryer and get comfy on the living room couches while you stream the latest release or pop a movie into the DVD player. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
