This was the first time we stayed in Avon versus Duck or Corolla. We will never go back north! Avon was great!
The home is a quick 7 minute walk to the Avon Pier and beach. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance of the house. There is even a farmer's market during the summer on Tuesdays - right near the house.
The house itself is very new - and very clean. The owner was super responsive and our stay was amazing. We were also able to bring our pets.
I can't say enough about the property and our experience. I highly recommend the house if you are planning on visiting Avon or surrounding area.

Loved the house, absolutely beautiful. Convenient location to the grocery store and the Avon fishing pier. We have been north 12 people for years & after being south, I will never go back to north. Then hosts were friendly & quick to answer if there were issues. Would definitely return to this property.

The house was pretty new and very clean. Only complaints were there are no TVs in any of the bed rooms and the road leading to the house is very rough. House was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances.

I highly recommend staying at this property! It is very clean and fully stocked with everything you will need. Just a short walk or drive to the beach. The property is on a dead end street with no traffic and a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

This property is tucked away with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery to enjoy while relaxing on the deck out back. It’s really just a short walk to the beach right next to the Avon Fishing Pier. The house is very clean with plenty of amenities including games for the kids. Our host Sergey was easily accessible yet left us with complete privacy. We highly recommend this property for a great family vacation! Karen & Vince G.

Highly recommend this property! Spacious enough for our whole family…5 adults and 3 children. The downstairs was more like an in-law suite and the little kitchen down there was great to have. It’s a quick walk to the beach from the house or even better, a one minute drive and you can park by the pier and unload all of your chairs, etc.
This was our first time staying in Avon, we usually stay closer to Carolla. We loved the area…a lot less people, tons of restaurants, stores, coffee shops and even an arcade for the kids. The area felt much more local as opposed to overly touristy. We hope to be back at the house next year!

This house is BRAND new, it sits right on the canal and is very well situated; 10 min to Hatteras lighthouse, 12 min to Frisco, and tons of great spots to eat within a couple minutes. Will definitely be staying again!
